Vent cover? Took photo to show hubster as I liked it.

We parked right next to the main door, but family had to park two lots away. Yes, it was crowded, but service was FAST & food hot. So many specials & large menu makes me want to come again as well as the workers. Everyone was nice & some were related. So many pie/cake choices I was literally distracted to a halt on arrival, Then when leaving I was enthralled by a gigantic bowl of candy...also generous variety. Sadly, I did not have room for pie/candy. Served the most fries of any restaurant I have eaten at in 2025, & the thickest roast beef sandwich I have ever eaten. Hubster got a basic burger & polished his off as well. Family got a sandwich my mom would have wanted, but I'll be bringing her back for pie! I look forwarded to looking at the decor more on my next visit...pirate-vibes made me smile. We were engrossed in conversation & were one of last to leave before the closed. They did not rush us. We were there over an hour and half. Only restroom at a restaurant I have ever been in with a bidet!

Service has been fast and friendly. Portions large! Might just be the best breakfast spot in Fenton.

My corned beef skillet with eggs & hash browns along with the side of pancakes. Was starving & could barely finish it.

Went to Polly's Diner in Fenton on a weekday morning and I had a wonderful breakfast with a corned beef skillet that came loaded with delicious hash browns, 2 eggs on top and a side of 2 pancakes that was a meal and a half that filled me up for the whole day and costed a little under $20 including a coke with free refills and the tip. It was much better than chain places like Denny's and similar chain places I've ate at for breakfast around St. Louis, I'd give it a 4.5 stars if they allowed half stars. Although I don't think Polly's is quite good my favorite breakfast restaurants in South St. Louis, this place is closer to me. I enjoyed their Polly's signature hot sauce on my eggs that added a little heat but not too hot for me. I loved that they offer a dish called the horseshoe for breakfast as well as lunch that's originally a Springfield, Illinois' typical signature dish overloaded with hash browns, bacon or sausage and sausage gravy for breakfast and for lunch is usually overloaded with fries and whatever variation of toppings that comes with it so I'll order a horseshoe the next time I'm there , maybe for lunch. Service was quick and friendly with a smile and the restaurant has a nice diner ambiance.

I have been wanting to try Polly's Diner for months now and finally had the chance to do so! They have an extensive menu. Their daily specials are posted just inside the entrance. For my first visit, I chose the mostaccioli and garlic bread. To drink, I ordered coffee and water. The coffee was strong and freshly made. The mostaccioli was cooked to perfection, and the garlic bread was quite tasty. Portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I received excellent service and was acknowledged almost immediately after being seated. The diner's decor is a mix of oddities including parrots almost everywhere you look. Be aware this place is really busy. If the upper parking lot is full, they also have a lower lot for overflow. I'm looking forward to visiting Polly's Diner again for breakfast.

Polly's has not been open very long but on our day they were hitting on all cylinders Snappy environment, welcoming servers, great food, and a menu that hits all the right spots. Beware, portions are huge. Good luck Polly!

Met friends at Polly's for lunch, it was super busy, so we had to park in the overflow lot. We were seated right away though and were waited on immediately. Super friendly and fast service, the food came out pretty quickly, I ordered their Reuben w/fries....yummmm! So good! Everyone ordered a different dish and were equally pleased with their choice for lunch. Unfortunately, it was so good, I forgot to take a pic before I devoured it...so I will have to go back! Super cute little diner in old town Fenton, check it out!

Brand new diner in Fenton! Everyone was friendly and considering the crowd and the newness of the place, service was reasonably fast on a busy Sunday morning. My taco salad was delicious. Would like to know whether they make the taco in house. My companion and I couldn't get enough of it. That alone is worth a return trip. The decor is eclectic. I like the parrot look; lean into that. I like Polly's and will return!

Everything was ok- nothing outstanding. Can gravy and store bought biscuits. Coffee is barely drinkable.

I went with two friends on a Sunday at 9am and the whole experience felt rushed from the beginning. I do think this was partly because you do not have a dedicated server which sounds nice in theory. We were asked if we were ready to order multiple times, by multiple people in just a few minutes. My friend was then asked if they could clear her plate at least 10 times because she was not actively eating. By the last time it was almost comical and she ended up apologizing to the server and asked for a few more minutes as she is a slower eater and takes breaks. Dedicated sections for servers would go a long way here.

The restaurant was packed and had a line (for good reason)! Once seated, our server checked on us frequently and listed their specials soundly. I opted for the sandwich special of the day, the Monte cristo, and my partner got one of the Benedict's. We split the special waffles of the day, the French toast waffle. We also both got a good drink with our meal. The Monte Cristo was perfectly sweet and savory. Incredible potion sizing for the price and a delicious plate. The French toast waffle was insane. Such a perfect sweet treat to finish our meal!

I bought the seashells on Amazon and had the bakery add it to the cake. This is where it gets interesting....my daughter wanted strawberry cake with pineapple filling and for the sand to be biscoff crumbs (we love biscoff)! Let me tell you!!! The cake was so delicious! Not only did every guest actually wanted a piece but for once the entire cake was gone with no leftovers . 2nd cake I ordered it in October for my son's 21st birthday. She loves Biscoff as much as we do so she asked for a biscoff cake and that cake was also so good!!! TL;dr version- loved this place and will make regular appearances here…read more I have no idea why we haven't been here yet. Now that we have, it's going to the top of our regular rotation of breakfast places. Homey atmosphere, plenty of tables and bar seating (no alcohol). Busy but not too busy. We sat at the bar. We looked at the menu online ahead of time and thought it must be an outdated menu with outdated prices. Nope. We both got the Big Biscuit Breakfast. Yep, it was big. It took a little bit to come out, but we were in no hurry, so that was fine. It was sooo good. I appreciate the generous serving of gravy. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly- not too crispy, not too soggy. We didn't get any drinks besides water, but we had a front row seat watching them being made. I wish I had room for one, because they looked spectacular. We had a decent amount leftover to take home for tomorrow's breakfast. The bartender offered to make us water cups for the road (a really nice extra touch). The place looked clean and put together nicely. Can't wait to go back and try their lunch.
