The Chicken pho came with a chicken-based broth although I requested it to be in beef broth. The broth was a bit sweet and savory but what surprised me about the Chicken Pho is that it came with BONE IN chicken. I had to take the pieces out, debone them and put the meat back into the soup. The chicken itself was amazing but if you are someone who wouldn't like dealing with this mess then I would recommend you try another pho. The fresh spring rolls were light and refreshing with a nice balance of shrimp, vegetables, and noodles. Other than the food, the server was really sweet but the service was kind of slow (took 15 mins + to serve the phos) and the restaurant was clean with a friendly atmosphere.
