If you're looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat, this place is pretty good. It's not going to be the same level of poke that you'd find in Hawaii or even California but its very convenient for those who live in the neighborhood

Strolled by this poké place while I was in Williamsburg yesterday. The ingredients on the menu sounded and looked fresh from Yelpers' reviews. Ambiance wise was a no-frills kind of poké shop. Had about 4 tables with seats inside. Your order came in either a bowl or burrito with mixed greens or none at all in Chipotle style. * Build Your Own Poke Guide 1. Bowl or Burrito 2. Base 3. Protein 4. Sauce 5. Toppings 6. Crunch Ordered a Regular size bowl of poké ($15). I chose brown rice as the base and 2 proteins (tuna + grilled chicken). As for the sauce/dressing, I'd decided on the non-spicy yuzu ponzu flavored soy sauce and eel teriyaki sauce. Sad to find out that they would only let you do up to 6 toppings unlike free unlimited toppings at almost everywhere else. Asked for the tempura flakes & nori (dried seaweed flakes) as the crunch. Can pay with cash and/or credit/debit card as the accepted forms of payment. Fast service from friendly staff. Loved how chewy the texture of the brown rice was. Not too hard and not too soft. However, I was super disappointed with how little of the protein I'd gotten ~ there were only few tiny cubes of tuna + grilled chicken (and you're telling me this is how the regular bowl is supposed to look like?!?) So pricey but definitely not enough pieces of protein in my bowl. NOT OKAY. Paying this much and then only getting few pieces = the ratio is totally wrong. The flavors of the sauces/dressings were very delicious. However, I don't know and don't understand why didn't the staff just mix the sauce with the food together?!? So unfortunately, not every corner of the poké bowl was drenched with sauce in the end of course. This should be something that the staff needs to work on in the future. As I'd already mentioned about it before, getting only few pieces of protein just didn't do the trick for me especially not for the prices I've paid. The crunch was basically pretty much similar like everywhere else. The tuna and chicken tasted freshly prepared and seasoned, just that the quantity wise sucked pretty much. Ingredients and sauce/dressing weren't mixed together as I have hoped that they would. Was still hungry after eating the regular bowl. Mhmm don't really see myself going back to this place as a regular customer whenever I'm in Williamsburg. This would ONLY be my first and last time coming here. The food was rated more like a 3.5 out of 5 since half stars couldn't be given.

Love the variety of toppings here! I mixed salad and zucchini noodles as my base and the bowl overall was super refreshing and light. The fish is fresh and service was great. Def rec the yuzu ponzu if you want a lighter but citrusy taste. The only con was I wish the actual bowl container was a big bigger so that stuff wasn't falling out when eating (this is a testament to how generous the portions are though!)

Very nice place and friendly service. Haven't had poke in a while. Happen to run into one in the bustling streets of Williamsburg. I got the build your own bowl with 2 proteins. It was $14.99 + 2 for avocado. My bowl included salmon, tuna, mango, masago, seaweed, tomatoes, jalapeños, half an avocado, ponzu Yuzu sauce, and rice. Everything was good except for the rice. The rice was a little hard. The lychee Hawaiian Sun drink was $3. I like Hawaiian Sun drinks. Had them in Hawaii but never had the lychee flavor before. It was a little too sweet for me. The restaurant was very clean and bright. Overall, I enjoyed my meal here.

Had the spicy salmon bowl (regular size) and it was really good! I thought the portion size was pretty generous and actually could not finish the whole thing in one sitting. All the ingredients were fresh and complimented each other. It had the perfect amount of kick to it. Friendly service. Solid poke spot in Williamsburg.

Always seeking for another great place to grab poke. This place offers signature bowls or you could create your own from a small or large size. I love how they had so many options of toppings, protein, base choices, and sauces. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. Even the raw ahi tuna and salmon were delicious. I don't think they were the freshest since it was later in the day, but each of the fish's had a nice malty buttery texture to them. I would say the overall price of the bowl is on the higher end, but totally worth it since they fill your bowl up. I do wish they added a little bit more sauce to my dish, but noticed they put so much on my boyfriends. I think better sauce consistency would be great. Definitely will be ordering from here again, whether it's another DIY bowl or trying their sushi burritos!

Terrible customer service!!!!!! I literally ordered a vegan bowl on caviar and they send me a raw fish wrap. I do not eat fish. This is really really upsetting and I'm never stepping foot in this establishment or ordering food from them again. I waited OVER AN HOUR for food I CANNOT EAT.

I'll be honest, at first I was hesitant coming here because I've been having just alight poke bowls experiences around Manhattan. After working out in Williamsburg one day I decided I want miso soup and something healthy. So I popped in here on my way walking to the L train. To my surprise the price is reasonable and the bowls are gigantic and food is good. So far I've 2 of their bowls and making my own. I personally get salad poke all the time but I'm sure the other items are just as good. If you want less sauce or anything be sure to let them know. Overall it's a great spot to grab quick lunch or dinner. I love coming here by myself or a friend and just chilling. Good fast casual and healthy.

Ordered delivery and had a great experience. My boyfriend got the spicy ahi combo, and I did a build-your-own bowl. Love that they have pineapple and mango toppings!

This place has a large assortment of options for those looking to make their own bowls. The DIY nature of eating isn't really my favorite - you don't get any context of how to match flavors and end up with an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink-style melting pot of ingredients. That being said, the food was good and the Sauces enjoyable.

Another good place for poke. It's one of those fast casual restaurants you order at the counter. The bowls are whatever you want in them. Good vegetarian choices. Service was fast the last time. I had the bowl. It's about $11 for a bowl. You can put as much as you want. It's set up to choose items from several categories. The proteins available include chicken, tofu, and tuna. I had tofu, which surprisingly tasted fresh. This didn't taste like it had been sitting in a container for several weeks. Casual and fast. It's good if you're in a hurry. The menu is easy to understand.

It's been open for a few years, so clearly it has a good enough formula to keep the neighborhood happy. I have been here once before, but returned last week after dining several meals at Tomoni in Jackson Heights. Apparently, the owners are friends. Nonetheless, I needed to make the comparison. After my first few bites of their Tora Don and Chirashi Don, it was clear that this restaurant has the better quality seafood. Each slice of sashimi had vibrant colors, clean taste, and the proper texture. Tomoni is not bad, but fall slightly short of this caliber. With that said, there is an even farther gap between their rice quality. Though Tora is very good, Tomoni produces nearly perfect texture and acidity for my taste buds. Other than the best omakase restaurants in NYC, Tomoni shines as one of the best versions of sushi rice in the five boroughs. Service is good and space is cute. If I have a craving for some decent Japanese food, I would drive 20 minutes here for a meal anytime.

Also one of the BEST broths I have had in New York. It is comparable to some in Japan with how good that beef broth is. The chicken broth is excellent as well and worked since my friend has a dietary restriction. Sadly could not try the karaage since they sold out! Get it if you can. Food (5/5): probably some of the best ramen you can get in Brooklyn! You take a sip and it has so much rich flavor you can tell they took a long time to cook it. Just the right amount of salt that leads to explosive umami flavor with everything else included. Only downside is that the egg is an additional 2-3 dollars boosting the ramen price to 20 per bowl. Other than that, it's a great bowl of ramen I will be going again. I heard the steak was good from my friends but we got the okanomiyaki, it's pretty big, delicious, but only get it if you are a large fan of them. It's pretty pricey for what it is. Cucumber salad was delicious and fresh, nice hit of spiciness. Service (4.5/5): The person helping us is super nice, though there is a language barrier and that might cause some misunderstandings. I only brought it down half a point because you aren't going to get that understanding but they are very nice and try their best. Nothing wrong but it does get busy and you might have to call them for refills or other issues. The chefs are also very friendly. Cleanliness and interior (5/5): you can tell it's rather small, but modern and chic. Great for a night out to eat as they are open late. Great casual dinner spot and has a fantastic Lofi jazzy playlist that adds to it. Combined with the unforgettable beef broth, and you have a night to remember. J's Parking Advice- it's pretty packed at night because there is a lot to do around. Parking garages are a little far off too but everything is walkable once you find a spot. There is a street parking but it's hard to find, you might have to park far and walk there or public transport. We did take around 10-20 mins to find parking. So good luck! Overall: it's a spot I have to go back to especially since they sold out of the karaage! If that doesn't tell you how good it is not sure what else! Definitely a local favorite and a hidden gem
