    Shrimp Tempura and California Roll

My favorite sushi spot! My go to is California roll, shrimp tempura roll and the deep fried California roll. Their sushi here is delicious

Tasty and holds up to delivery. The amount of food for the amount you spend is the only downside. About two hours later, I was hungry again.

Bento Bento Bento, The Bento box is by far the best meal for your buck in this area. 12$ will net you Tokyo Fried Chicken, vegetable tempura, salad, and a California roll. Perfect amount to fill you up and the quality is high! You can order from most food delivery options or stop in for take out which takes around 10 mins. Pro tip: order take out as there are no seating options and food can take 10-15 minutes. #TellemCraigsentyou

It's a small restaurant with limited seating inside. But it's a nice place to order now for a quick lunch. The value is great: the bento box below was only 10 dollars and came with salmon teriyaki over white rice, a California roll, and a small side salad with the classic Japanese ginger dressing. I finished all of it and it was definitely good. Maybe not the most amazing Japanese food you've ever had but it was done in 15 minutes after ordering and the value makes it more than worthwhile!

Tuna roll and tropical roll. Flavorless. Mango is missing!

Everything was flavorless. Got the tuna maki and the yaki udon. Sushi was really bad and flavorless

10!!! Any 3 Rolls Lunch. Can you believe it???? It's hands down one of best sushi places in that category and def the cheapest one too.

$10!!! It's probably the best 3 rolls of its class in NYC. I still can't believe that you get this quality, at this price. Wish i lived closer and could eat there every single day. Bravo to management

Everything was tasty and fresh. Gyoza arrived with crispy edge and the dumpling sauce was good. The calamari was a giant squid I think. Very tasty. The sushi was all great as well. The price also makes it even better. Spicy tuna, Philadelphia, salmon skin, and eel avocado all tasty and fresh. Go to sushi spot for the next few orders at least.

Salmon roll, spicy salmon roll, salmon sushi, salmon sashimi. Delicious as always!

Very generous sushi portions. Pretty fast delivery. And my orders are always correct.

This place is so incredibly delicious! We ordered 13 rolls on New Years Eve and every single one was fresh and great quality!! The prices are insanely reasonable and the staff was very friendly. Definitely going to be a regular here!

Love their lunch special options, maybe next time I'll get the 2 roll lunch instead of 3 because i never finish. They're very nice people, the woman who answered the phone and made sure my instructions were listened to was very helpful, the delivery guy didn't give me any issues.. overall good place for fake sushi lovers like me lol. I can't tell you anything about the raw fish but the cooked rolls are very good

The menu is pretty diverse with various appetizers, sushi, and also ramen/curry so your standard izakaya fare. One of my favorite dishes here has been the chirashi. The fish was very fresh and it's pretty affordable. I've only ever been here in groups of two and I probably would recommend it for smaller groups because the space itself is small and most of the tables are two-seaters if I recall correctly.

It's been open for a few years, so clearly it has a good enough formula to keep the neighborhood happy. I have been here once before, but returned last week after dining several meals at Tomoni in Jackson Heights. Apparently, the owners are friends. Nonetheless, I needed to make the comparison. After my first few bites of their Tora Don and Chirashi Don, it was clear that this restaurant has the better quality seafood. Each slice of sashimi had vibrant colors, clean taste, and the proper texture. Tomoni is not bad, but fall slightly short of this caliber. With that said, there is an even farther gap between their rice quality. Though Tora is very good, Tomoni produces nearly perfect texture and acidity for my taste buds. Other than the best omakase restaurants in NYC, Tomoni shines as one of the best versions of sushi rice in the five boroughs. Service is good and space is cute. If I have a craving for some decent Japanese food, I would drive 20 minutes here for a meal anytime.

He ordered the Honey roasted duck ramen and I ordered the spicy salmon miso ramen. Before our ramen came out, we ordered our drinks which were a Thai Iced Tea (can't go wrong with that) and he ordered the Lychee Iced Tea. For apps we had the Veggie Spring Rolls and the Edamame which were so crunchy with just the right touch of salt. We may have visited on a slower day since it was raining, but I can tell that it is a popular eatery and can get busy and packed. We lucked out and were seated immediately and didn't wait long for our food. The server kept refilling our water glasses which was much appreciated. I thought my cup was half full and i'd look up and all of a sudden theres even more water poured. Overall it was a cute restaurant and would be perfect for a lunch. Although we had ramen, they have an extensive menu. Check them out!

I don't know how to describe it quite, beyond that everyone at the table agreed the food was delicious to the point of being nutricious to the soul. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting a delicious and hearty meal at a bargain - a drink, entree with sides (during happy hour), and split appetizer with a generous tip amounted to just $46. We got the katsu don, yakiniku don, and chicken katsu curry. We shared and they all had unique, amazing flavor. They were even able to accomodate my friend's request that the chicken katsu be made with dark meat! The service was fantastic. The cocktails were incredibly balanced and a real treat with the meal. The ambiance is clean, classy, and calming. It is certainly worth the trip!!

Also one of the BEST broths I have had in New York. It is comparable to some in Japan with how good that beef broth is. The chicken broth is excellent as well and worked since my friend has a dietary restriction. Sadly could not try the karaage since they sold out! Get it if you can. Food (5/5): probably some of the best ramen you can get in Brooklyn! You take a sip and it has so much rich flavor you can tell they took a long time to cook it. Just the right amount of salt that leads to explosive umami flavor with everything else included. Only downside is that the egg is an additional 2-3 dollars boosting the ramen price to 20 per bowl. Other than that, it's a great bowl of ramen I will be going again. I heard the steak was good from my friends but we got the okanomiyaki, it's pretty big, delicious, but only get it if you are a large fan of them. It's pretty pricey for what it is. Cucumber salad was delicious and fresh, nice hit of spiciness. Service (4.5/5): The person helping us is super nice, though there is a language barrier and that might cause some misunderstandings. I only brought it down half a point because you aren't going to get that understanding but they are very nice and try their best. Nothing wrong but it does get busy and you might have to call them for refills or other issues. The chefs are also very friendly. Cleanliness and interior (5/5): you can tell it's rather small, but modern and chic. Great for a night out to eat as they are open late. Great casual dinner spot and has a fantastic Lofi jazzy playlist that adds to it. Combined with the unforgettable beef broth, and you have a night to remember. J's Parking Advice- it's pretty packed at night because there is a lot to do around. Parking garages are a little far off too but everything is walkable once you find a spot. There is a street parking but it's hard to find, you might have to park far and walk there or public transport. We did take around 10-20 mins to find parking. So good luck! Overall: it's a spot I have to go back to especially since they sold out of the karaage! If that doesn't tell you how good it is not sure what else! Definitely a local favorite and a hidden gem
