Food: 5/5 - I get the lava blaze every Monday or Tuesday and it is fantastic. My personal spin on it is having it with grain blend, take out the orange fish eggs and replace it with seaweed salad, as well as take out the fried onions and replace with green onions. It is fantastic and I never get sick of it. Service: 5/5 - The workers are nice and very efficient, because the place gets super busy. Awesome folks! Ambiance: 5/5 - It's a take out spot, so there isn't really an ambiance, but it is a nice vibe of a place! Feels like a poke food truck but that's in a small store. I wanted to try the salmon but it was sold out so I opted for tuna which was good. I also had the sea weed salad with Hawaiian coleslaw as sides with fried onions as topping.
