It wasn't the lowest but it was the most complete. He spent more time talking with and understanding our wants than anyone else. So basically everyone else's quote was incomplete. Kevin's estimates was the only one I knew what we'd be paying when all said and done. He was spot on. And on top of this he was out here working non stop for a couple days. He fixed things and shared details of what he found and what he was doing. He had everything working perfectly within no time. I was so happy I found this company and especially David that I had automation for pool (phone app mgmt) added and he had that in no time.
