The very next day Jacob was at my house replacing and upgrading the equipment in the rain with an umbrella. I understand what great customer service is. However, Big D Pools, Dustin and Jacob specifically, have raised the bar to a new level. This is my 2nd experience of insanely amazing customer service from them. Last year we started to notice some pitting which became worse this year. I called Jim Pierce to discuss and he told me that the pool is out of warranty and they are not responsible. We have had the pool for over 21 years and the original plaster lasted over 15 years. Authentic Plaster lasted less than 5 years. Don't use Authentic Plaster if you expect the work to last for any length of time.

(I believe the numbers I have for her are her cell or home number) I felt confident my message would be passed on for my remolding project. To this day May 19th I have not received a call to schedule an appointment. It's great companies are busy and their business is good for them but a courtesy call would have been nice. I have used ASP numerous times over the last 10 years for our pool repairs. I'm gathering customer loyalty is not important in these times. Unfortunately I have had to start a new relationship.
