I filled out a paper and they still didn't get it right going in for SQUARED FRENCH TIP came out with almost almond shaped nails with a french tip that was done in 5 mins no type trying to make it perfect or pretty ... seemed like they were both rushed ... I reminded the technician doing my toes that I had requested for powder on my toes ... she just smiled and said ok and did not put powder only did a legit white line on my nails anyways my nails weren't gel x either she put acrylic on instead and my nails broke on the side the next few days ... I lost one of MY nails because of how poorly she put the nail on ... 0/10
