After that, he climbed onto the massage table while I was still lying face-down. He placed his knee between my legs, in the area of my vagina, spread my legs apart under the cover, and used his hands to pull my upper body up and bend my back. I did not consent to any of this contact, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Afterward, he continued the session by massaging my legs. During that portion, he went under the drape from my toes up to my inner thighs, and his hands came very close to my vaginal area. I again felt uncomfortable and told him that my head hurt so he would stop. He then moved to massage my head instead. The incident left me feeling violated, anxious, and deeply uneasy. At no point did I give consent for him to touch under my underwear or to reach that high on my inner thighs. I believe this behavior constitutes a clear violation of professional boundaries. After the incident, I returned to the business and photographed the license posted on the wall. The photo (attached) shows that the therapist's picture appears taped onto the license, and I am concerned the document may not be valid. I have made a report to the Mansfield Police Department about this incident and request that TDLR investigate both the inappropriate physical contact and the possible falsification of a license document.

I first received my pedicure which was rushed and my toes are crooked. I had chosen one of the more expensive pedicures so it sucked that she was skipping steps. My friend had the same pedicure next to me so you could clearly tell I was being rushed. We thought they would start on our nails or at least soak my friends off but they didn't. Meanwhile another lady walked in and was able to get her nails and toes done at the same time. After are pedicures they left us waiting then finally took us to the other side of the shop for our nails. I must say all of Stars are for the nails! Sonny did the most beautiful THICK dip nails for me! I love them thicker so they won't crack. All my nails are even and gorgeous!! The down side was we were there over 3 hours with an appointment so having one really doesn't help. We did a lot of waiting around. I do see myself going back for dip nails by Sonny!
