And when it was re-poured, the concrete was a different color. So now 1 section looks different than the rest. Pool was finished except for the final inspection. We have been waiting for that for over 5 months now. We keep getting told that they will come do it, but never do. I would spend a little more money on a better company if I were you.

Alright? But again, we worked with a sales person and we would not know how to look for that within the sales document. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

I have had a very poor experience with Steve and Luxe Lagoon so far (we're still in the middle of…read moreit!). We were promised our job would "take 2, at most 3 weeks", but we're going into week 10 with no end in sight. Our pool and backyard were completely trashed for 7+ weeks. Every week we'd hear "we'll be there tomorrow", and every week there was a new excuse why he couldn't be here. Stevie admitted that our project wasn't his priority. He asked for 75% of the money upfront and in good faith, we paid him (our mistake). I asked for my money back, but Stevie has refused. At this point, I'll dispute charges with my credit card company to try to recoup some of the lost money. We've tried to give Stevie the benefit of the doubt for weeks, but we have simply run out of patience. I'll update this post if there's any remediation/progress.
