I recently encountered a problem with my cleaner booster pump that needed replacement of the impeller. Although the part replacement was straightforward, a significant problem was the fact that my pool pumps are about 5 feet below the water surface level of the pool. The original builder did not put in any gate valves to stop high pressure return flow from the filter piping or the booster pump piping and did not offer any guidance or recommendations as to how to stop the back pressure. Primo Pools offered a unique solution that minimized the back flow and worked perfectly. It was clearly obvious that Primo pools offered the solution from a wealth of experience and pool piping knowledge. Normally don't write these but when poor service is giving it should be known. Primo Pools installed a new filter system at my home and one of the PVC pipes is leaking water. I called to explain and before I could finished I was told it was nothing he did he would not fix. Know let me see what's going on before decision just automatic no. Was told that if he came he would not get paid any money for it so good luck to you. After I hung up he texted me back me back to say nothing is free and he did work 6 months ago which I tried to explain I do not swim through in the winter he stated he didn't care still nothing he did. Then he stated "you are and ass sir". So I advice if you expect warranty for service stay away because this person makes no mistakes and if anything goes wrong and your not paying it will not be fixed, problem not even diagnosed even though when he installed and he got my money he stated "if anything goes wrong to just call him". read more

I was not impressed with their work. I was fooled to believe that they would do a good job. I paid for my pool to be clear! Not cloudy with a mess left behind, as in whatever came out of their vacuum was left in a pile in my backyard!
