She is the most rudest person ever. I wish i had not bought my pool from that store. This lady has been rude to us on several other occasions as well, but today I had to tell her she is so rude to talk to customers so ugly. Initially, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly Emerald Waters Pool completed our pool installation. Unfortunately, we soon realized the speed came at the expense of doing the job correctly. The biggest issue was that the required city inspections were never completed before construction moved forward. Will advanced the project all the way to the final inspection, where the city rejected the entire project. We then spent approximately two and a half months waiting for everything to be corrected and approved before we could finally move forward with the plaster. Even after receiving city approval, the problems continued. The site had not been properly prepared before the plaster was applied, resulting in it having to be installed twice. Then, just three weeks after installation, the color began fading, which was clearly not normal. We contacted Will about the issue but never received a response. We also discovered that the waterfall was installed off-center, another quality control issue that should have been caught during construction. In addition to the pool, we hired Emerald Waters Pool to install a patio and walkway. The workmanship was disappointing. The pavers was neither straight nor level without constant supervision, and we had to insist that sections be redone because they were not installed correctly. To make matters worse, some of the additional work we paid for was never completed. It is also worth noting that the work performed outside of the pool installation was never covered by a written contract, which appeared to avoid documenting that portion of the project. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Emerald. Between the missed inspections, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and incomplete work, the project became far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. We strongly encourage anyone considering this company to continue their search for a builder that prioritizes quality, communication, and accountability.

Post installation and pool school, there is no remote turn on. This was discussed with the owner and he notes that it was not in the order form and we did not read the contract closely enough. Alright? But again, we worked with a sales person and we would not know how to look for that within the sales document. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

I have a 22 ft above…read moreground pool,been trying to open the pool for the season I was struggling with the algae for approx a week could not get Reid of it...unfortunately no one in my area services above ground pools went to leslie on a sunday...only place open?they tested my water and sold some ash type chemicals add 3 lbs and told me to add 7 more lbs of shock...same issue no luck i called back and wanted to bring more water for testing....NOPE was not doing it...I researched and call a couple of places Texas Finest and ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company of Ellis County...and both guys were Very helpful they explain the logic on balancing the chemicals they explain i needed to add stabilizer Frist ,then once my CYA was good then SHOCK. EVERYONE Please...make sure your Cyanuric acid for pool is good before adding too much shock .don't go and throw unnecessary money ....leslie is pricey....GOOD LUCK...stay safe.
