We saw Sid who was working outside and we had a few questions for him. Sid was great! He was very helpful and kind, answered all of our questions and even offered up some suggestions! After we chose the plant we wanted, he carefully wrapped it up for the trip home. He made sure to tell us how to fertilize the plant and we bought some tablets to use in the future. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

I was at the show room and was amazed at the quality of the Marquis hot tubes in the show room verses what I received. Southern Leisure is doing the right thing replacing it. I did not want nor buy a blemished hot tub I paid full price for it. Now its up to Marquis to build my replacement to the quality standards I have seen in other Marquis hot tubes. Colby with Southern Leisure was great he was very understanding of my frustration with the issues and in the end came up with a solution that was just and fair.

Riverbend has been out several times and has stated that "the stone is no longer under warranty" which is certainly true, but you hire a contractor because they claim they have a reputation for quality work. On their website it claims, "Our industry excellence is demonstrated by the fact that we are consistently featured in the list of Top 50 U.S. Pool Builders, and have won countless industry awards." They quoted $20K to fix and when I asked if they would own any of the cost of such faulty construction and their reply (as always) is "the stone is no longer under warranty". I have a difficult time understanding how such poor quality is mine to bear.
