Plaster application was not performed well but he never came out to comment on it until a year later. Finally, items are in the contract, that were paid for, still not taken care of. His workers also destroyed my fence by digging and placing plumbing right next to the fence poles. Another $14k+ extra spend. I attempted to come to a resolution by identifying a chiller/heat pump to be installed for free instead, which he agreed upon. Of course, that was never installed. He also parked a digger in our front lawn for 5 months which was well after excavation and uneeded for our project (free parking?)?. Constant hassle of attempting to get work done and completed/fixed. I wish I had gone with a more established company.
