The indoor spaces are all really nice. I loved spending time going through all the sauna rooms & then taking a nap in the relaxation area upstairs when I got tired. The sushi place on the second floor was surprisingly good. FYI ramyun is the cheapest thing on the menu at the Korean place on the top floor & while it was good, it was clearly just instant ramyun that they charged $12 for. Next time I think I will just spring for something a little pricier. Couple of tips: It's both cheaper to go on weekdays & much less crowded. I would bring a change of clothes to wear under your robe. That way if you decide to go to the pool first, you can change out of your swimsuit to do saunas later. (Although plenty of folks just wear their swimsuit to the sauna!) Some folks say to bring a towel, but know they do provide full size towels & you can get fresh ones as needed in the locker room. If you plan to be there all day, I also recommend bringing a charger!

The change to robes and towel from uniforms took away from the authentic Korean feel. Most people just wore bathing suits underneath but I could see some people pushing the limits with this. The indoor saunas were the same mostly from what I could tell. But there were some touch ups. Doesn't look like the outdoor pools received much of an upgrade. The food at the pool bar too way too long. I ordered a chicken sandwich so not sure what the reason for the delay was. The drinks were pretty good. As well as the Korean food on the 3rd floor. The double in price from the pre renovation isn't worth it to me. It's definitely more of an atmosphere to socialize than to truly relax like you would expect at a spa.

We hired GP&A after speaking with several pool companies and chose them specifically based on their…read morereviews praising quick response times and communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We did the "Green-to-Clean ($800)". It took SIX weeks. We had to repeatedly follow up because they would go ~2 weeks without showing up or communicating. When we asked, we were told there was an emergency situation, we tried to be understanding, but there was no proactive communication on their end. We decided weekly service ($250/month). After the initial clean, we signed up for weekly maintenance. Within 24-48 hours of each visit, chlorine levels would drop back to 0 ppm. GP&A's explanation was that our pool system was outdated and needed to be replaced. However, we had two separate pool inspections done when we purchased the home, plus 3-4 other pool companies assess the equipment, none of them flagged the system (installed in 2017) as a problem requiring replacement. Upsell attempts: GP&A quoted us a full system replacement (under $6,000) and then a filter replacement (~$2,200) before they said they could continue service. We decided to move on to another provider. End of service: We asked if they could continue maintaining the pool through the end of the month. Their last visit was six days before the final day of the month (image attached). The pool was visibly green and in poor condition by end of month (again they serviced it 6 days ago and it is this green; not adding enough chlorine). When we brought this up, they responded that the condition was "consistent with the unresolved filtration issue for which repairs were recommended", essentially placing responsibility on us for not purchasing their repair package. We were looking for a long-term, trustworthy pool service company. What we experienced was poor communication, inconsistent results, and recommendations that no other company has supported. I cannot recommend GP&A based on our experience.

They didn't perform any of the standard procedures short of dumping my chemicals in the pool and then tried to charge me for my chemicals. They refused to return to clean the pool without additional charges. After posting a bad review on them, they are so inept that they didn't even purge me from the email list and therefore sent me another email requesting a review. I was at the show room and was amazed at the quality of the Marquis hot tubes in the show room verses what I received. Southern Leisure is doing the right thing replacing it. I did not want nor buy a blemished hot tub I paid full price for it. Now its up to Marquis to build my replacement to the quality standards I have seen in other Marquis hot tubes. Colby with Southern Leisure was great he was very understanding of my frustration with the issues and in the end came up with a solution that was just and fair.

When I called Tuesday at noon when no one showed up at first they confirmed yes they were late, and then called back later to say "we had confusion and they were to come on Thursday". They obviously do not care about customers and even after I canceled my service appointment no one still called to apologize. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else that will atleast fake acting like they care.
