It wasn't the lowest but it was the most complete. He spent more time talking with and understanding our wants than anyone else. So basically everyone else's quote was incomplete. They didn't perform any of the standard procedures short of dumping my chemicals in the pool and then tried to charge me for my chemicals. They refused to return to clean the pool without additional charges. After posting a bad review on them, they are so inept that they didn't even purge me from the email list and therefore sent me another email requesting a review. I was at the show room and was amazed at the quality of the Marquis hot tubes in the show room verses what I received. Southern Leisure is doing the right thing replacing it. I did not want nor buy a blemished hot tub I paid full price for it. Now its up to Marquis to build my replacement to the quality standards I have seen in other Marquis hot tubes. Colby with Southern Leisure was great he was very understanding of my frustration with the issues and in the end came up with a solution that was just and fair.

I have visited the store and called, only to be told the regional manager will call me - still waiting on that call. I also had a service visit scheduled for "first thing" Tuesday morning. When I called Tuesday at noon when no one showed up at first they confirmed yes they were late, and then called back later to say "we had confusion and they were to come on Thursday". They obviously do not care about customers and even after I canceled my service appointment no one still called to apologize. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else that will atleast fake acting like they care.
