I have tried to get help from all kinds of residential services and I can't even count how many never even return a call. I was thrilled that Scott called right away and on a weekend no less! Scott and I talked through the problems with our pool pump quickly and he was able to diagnose the probable issue. Within three days, Scott was at our house with all the needed parts and replaced the pump motor and other needed parts in an hour or so. Scott even refused to take our money until he was finished. I fully recommend PoolTex and Scott for pool issues. I do not often give that level of endorsement, but I think it is definitely deserved in this case.

Pool tech came out and was very friendly an knowledgable. They even send you an email each visit with a photo and report of water readings including chlorine, pH, alkalinity etc. levels. He fixed things and shared details of what he found and what he was doing. He had everything working perfectly within no time. I was so happy I found this company and especially David that I had automation for pool (phone app mgmt) added and he had that in no time. ZERO STAR RATING. After 2 months with 'blue science pools" .Look at the photos, AFTER my weekly…read moreservice. Guy arrived on his phone talking investments, never put his phone down, stood on driveway after "cleaning" still talking, guy in his truck still blabbering away. Actually yelling into his phone, scared my wife. Was here 11 minutes. Did not clean pool skimmer baskets, did not clean filter skimmer basket, did not add chlorine tablets, did not brush pool walls and steps, debris floating on top, no chemical added. Chemical adjustment was needed, I tested myself. Pool is green after 2 months of "professional" service. Tech told his boss he did all above, pictures and video do not lie. In 13 years worse pool has ever looked after 2 months with blue science. Should be called " Green Fictions" not "Blue Science". Fired. Stay away from Blue Science Pools...PLEASE!
