Previous service providers seemed to regularly bring up problems & part replacement needs, to the point of being suspicious. This hasn't happened once with Confiance. Everything has gone smoothly and the equipment is running great - they go above and beyond. I mentioned having a pool robot with a bad cable and was having trouble replacing it. They sent someone over same day who replaced the cable in no time & no charge, and also walked me through fixing a WiFi device that controls the pool filter. - always responsive with questions- for example how to protect filter during the deep freeze- which also went well
