Totally unacceptable customer service! Technician came out to take care of algae problem. He said it would take a 2nd visit to take care of the problem and that he would be out the next day. He did not show up and there was no communication from him. Granted, it did rain the next two days, but you would expect some type of communication to set up a return date/time. I'm the one that had to call/text three times to speak with the same rep. The rep said someone would return the next day. Again, no one showed up and no communication, even after I left a message. It took 8 days from the first visit for a follow-up visit. This is not the first time weve had this happen with Liquidus. Probably time to start shopping for a new pool company. This is not the way to treat your customers. It might be time to provide some of your employees a customer service communications refresher class. Horrible customer service! read more

This pool company is the best of the best!! Garrett and Adam came out and reworked my 10 year old pool and equipment and I must say, it's now ,like a brand new one. These guys kept there word, do great work and do not try to put the big britches on you.. my pool is beautiful now and mof the equipment is like brand new!! We had our pool serviced by Adam yesterday and we were extremely impressed with his diligence, determination, and knowledge of pools and pumps. We called Liquidus for help with a stubborn issue with our backwash valve, and he used every trick in the book to fix it. When we called we spoke with Josh, and Adam came out to service the pool the same day of the call. One thing that stood out to us was their excellent communication skills. We felt very much in the loop about what was going on with our pump and the expected arrival time of the techs. Adam also took time to explain processes and answer questions about pricing. My family has had a pool for a number of years and we have used many different pool service companies during that time, and after this experience with Liquidus, I can honestly say that these are now our go-to service techs. read more

Josh The pictures you took of the filter are entirely inconsistent with your description below of the size of the crack as "4 inches". Pictures do not lie, and if your company were truly committed to the values you claim, you would not either. Additionally, at no time heretofore had you given me the reason stated below for not re-installing the pool sweep. Lie number two. Instead you indicated that it was a easy process to put it back in (something I know as I've done it many times) and that other of your customers just do it themselves. I guess I'm different because if I wanted to do it myself I would have never hired you in the beginning. Principles mean much more when they are demonstrated in actions rather than mere words. I had a longtime leak that 3 different pool companies wanted over $5000 to fix (they all said the repair was going to be impossible). Something to do with my valves being too close to the ground and they wanted to move them up and replace all of the pipes. I ignored it for a few years and then called Liquidus. Wow!!! They dug, fixed the entire system and found 2 more leaks the other companies missed. The estimate had pictures of every part they were ordering, pricing; it was awesome!!! The tech (Tyler) was so nice and showed me everything he was going to do. I even asked about another project on the pool and he quoted it immediately. He even cleaned out my pool fill valve that was clogged; I didn't even know it was clogged. My entire bill: less than $900!!!! Firsty, I don't usually write reviews, but for this i'll make an exception.lWe recently purchased our first home, and it is fair to say that the pool had been neglected for some time. The bottom of the pool was barely visible through the leaves and the water was murky. I was taken aback by the professionalism of the , guys at Liquidus. They came over, assessed the damage and were able to get my pool back to Olympic standards that same week. Not only that but they fixed the heater to our hot tub as well in time for our house warming party that weekend! I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism these guys show and the knowledge they have of pools and the equipment.
