On the day of repair, he could repair the issue without going through the deck as planned (bonus for me) and reduced the fee to match the final work performed. No one wants to be a repeat customer for a leak detection service, but I will give them a call if needed in the future.

For my $200, they found one of multiple leaks. With another $800, they fixed said leak with a truckload of pool putty. The leak they found was in the hot tube light. Somehow they missed the 2 foot crack right next to it. There are leaks in the pool skimmers that they missed plus several other smaller leaks sprinkled all about.
