The pools were turning green, growing algae, full of leaves, bottoms covered in old leaves and debris...we were left in dire straits. I called multiple pool companies over the course of several days and could not get anyone to help us, most not answering the phone, most not returning calls from voice mails. And then by the grace of God, we found Blue Oasis. They answered the call, and in our emergency, worked their schedule aroubd to come out to BOTH pools the same day. In two days the pool was clear and nearly perfect already. I thought it would take weeks to get any kind of balance. Also they reset the pump flat on the concrete, added guards by the timer, disconnected old chlorinator, added a hose bin to drain the pool, refurbished the DE filter with all new filter grid and new ring seal. He responded within 30 min after I sent my yelp inquiry out to several companies. He came the following day, tested the water and did a quick clean day 1, and the price was monumentally better than the few other businesses who reached out to me (but at least they contacted me back, many of them never even returned my call, email, or yelp request). He is so friendly, loves animals (didn't freak out when he saw my German Shepherds) and spent actual time talking to my husband and I. We hired him immediately and I sent my friend his info., she has an appointment with him now. There are still companies that will do good, honest, quality work for a reasonable price. He is definitely the best choice. I am posting some after photos as of this posting before he will arrive to do a cleaning. Keep in mind the bottom of the pool is painted a dark grey and it's over cast outside but I can post more soon of what it looks like in the sun *sparkling*.
