He came the following day, tested the water and did a quick clean day 1, and the price was monumentally better than the few other businesses who reached out to me (but at least they contacted me back, many of them never even returned my call, email, or yelp request). It wasn't the lowest but it was the most complete. He spent more time talking with and understanding our wants than anyone else. So basically everyone else's quote was incomplete.
