When we took it in to get it fixed, they said the warranty would NOT cover it and made us pay an additional $130 to get it fixed. The repairman is extremely rude and argues with his customers when he realizes he's in the wrong. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY SELL YOU CRAP.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the last few times I have been there, the price for an item at the cash register is higher than the shelf price. It is usually only a $1 difference or so, but it is annoying. You think you are getting one price but it turns out it is different. They need to coordinate shelf prices with prices in their database. Other than that, I am a big fan of Rooster and will continue to buy stuff here.
