He said that he called Ego in an attempt to resolve the issue and was told that, based on the serial number, the mower had a known history of stopping, and that parts had been shipped to fix the problem. Based on this information, am I correct in concluding that I was sold a used mower at a new lawn mower price, without being told? I made a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office last month. There has been NO RESPONSE to it.

After waiting a little longer with no response, I left the store. This level of customer service was unprofessional and disappointing. I've experienced similar issues at this location before, with employees pointing customers in the right direction instead of providing hands-on assistance.
