He said that he called Ego in an attempt to resolve the issue and was told that, based on the serial number, the mower had a known history of stopping, and that parts had been shipped to fix the problem. Based on this information, am I correct in concluding that I was sold a used mower at a new lawn mower price, without being told? I made a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office last month. There has been NO RESPONSE to it.

Then she said that their 30-day return policy was only for unopened items, and that she had told me that 3 days ago when I asked. I chuckled and said "No, you absolutely did not" and she argued with me about it. I told her she was lying, and she asked me not to come back there again. I responded that she shouldn't be lying to customers about the return policy, and she got mad and said she could replay the video recording of her telling me differently, to which I replied "Good, I'll wait." She then refunded my money as directed by the manager, and I left and may never be back.

The 4 plants produced more tomatoes than I can remember ever getting from only 4 (we've grown tomatoes for 35 years or so) I will definately check out other plants they carry and will buy my tomatoes from them next year.
