I waited for the other staff member and didn't get anyone. So I went exploring for another person who finally pointed me in the right direction. He mentioned a retailer that he has had good experience with and that happened to be where I buy virtually all computer related hardware, we shook hands and he said thank you. UPDATE: I took the defective mower to the Ego recommended…read morerepair shop. Shortly after dropping it off the tech called and asked me what part had been replaced. My response was none. He said that he called Ego in an attempt to resolve the issue and was told that, based on the serial number, the mower had a known history of stopping, and that parts had been shipped to fix the problem. Based on this information, am I correct in concluding that I was sold a used mower at a new lawn mower price, without being told? I made a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office last month. There has been NO RESPONSE to it.
