When we took it in to get it fixed, they said the warranty would NOT cover it and made us pay an additional $130 to get it fixed. The repairman is extremely rude and argues with his customers when he realizes he's in the wrong. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY SELL YOU CRAP.

I haven't compared any of the items to the prices at Home Depot but it seemed fair.

UPDATE: I took the defective mower to the Ego recommended…read morerepair shop. Shortly after dropping it off the tech called and asked me what part had been replaced. My response was none. He said that he called Ego in an attempt to resolve the issue and was told that, based on the serial number, the mower had a known history of stopping, and that parts had been shipped to fix the problem. Based on this information, am I correct in concluding that I was sold a used mower at a new lawn mower price, without being told? I made a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office last month. There has been NO RESPONSE to it.

When I was checking out, a young man named Gabriel was taking care of me. He told me how he could save me $5 just for becoming a member and then could earn points over time. I was buying less than $10 worth of screws, so I was glad to share my number to save the $5. He had the most positive, upbeat attitude. Often times, younger generations act disconnected and unhappy. Gabriel was very helpful and made my day better with our interaction. He's a great example of what customer service should be. Great job, Gabriel! Keep it up!

She called over her walk-in talkie.... And that is when Steve (guy in the black shirt) walked into my plumbing emergency. Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly!
