For the business tho I don't have a choice and have to go for certain items. I visited this one the other day and I have to say this was one of the better ones I've been too. Still a bit oddly laid out, in my opinion, and still a bit dusty, but cleaner than others. I am also not a fan of how you come in through entry on one side of the store than have to exit on the opposite end, leaving us to walk across the parking lot to get to the vehicles. Just so odd. Staff was ok, only had one person say hello and with very little happiness. Everyone else was just going about their business. None of them seemed very happy to be there. Plant sections always look sad in other locations, this one appeared to better organized and better cared for. The indoor plants had a separate area which I've not seen in other locations. This one is close to the office, so I'm sure I will return.

They told me I just needed to speak with customer service inside. Unfortunately, my experience with Leslie and Jasmine at customer service was quite the opposite. They seemed uninterested in helping me find a solution, and I left the interaction feeling frustrated and dismissed. As I was walking out, Carol noticed something was wrong and asked what had happened. What a difference one person can make. Carol was absolutely amazing. She genuinely listened, tried to find solutions, and treated me like a neighbor rather than just another person in the queue. Most importantly, she found a solution and did it with warmth, patience, and kindness. I am incredibly grateful to Carol for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. Home Depot needs more employees like Carol, people who understand that great customer service is not just about knowing the rules, but about genuinely trying to help someone. I have been sitting in my car for 20 minutes and there are no other vehicles for curbside pickup. I don't understand why they have curbside pickup if they take the customer in store pickups first and completely ignore the curbside pickup people. The purpose of curbside is so that customers can drive up and get their orders faster than going in the store and making the online purchase. therefore it baffles me that I AM STILL WAITING in my car waiting I still don't have my order 2each of one part number/ item.
