The next morning we were there when they opened & salesperson, Andy greeted us. When we explained to him the situation & our desire to purchase the last remaining sectional, he very quickly & without hesitation went into his computer & reserved it for us so that no one else could buy it out from under us. In the meantime I had a chance to walk around the store & noticed what a well-arranged display of furniture they had & how reasonable the prices were. But I was most impressed with their salesperson, Andy, who promptly took care of us & remained calm, pleasant & unflustered through the entire transaction while I admit we were not. We purchased it on a Saturday & it was delivered, as promised, on Tuesday morning. The 2 deliverymen whose names I cannot recall were very pleasant, quick & professional at their jobs. And they were very considerate of my house & other furnishings. They set my couch in the exact spot I had designated & hooked up all the electrical wires & cords which operated the 2 recliners & sound system in a short amount of time. We were completely satisfied with the purchase & delivery of our furniture & will certainly go back in the future to purchase more furniture &/or decor as needed.

Based on what happened and my interaction with the repair guy, I filed a claim on my Amex, then filed a bbb report. These folks operate out of an old, run down store and strip mall. I should not have ignored all the red flags flying all over the place! Even so, u can't shop anywhere, especially where ppl make commissions and expect full disclosure! they'll lie, cheat, leave out details, have hidden fees, etcetera. Buyers truly need 2 beware. I could have paid off my car 4 the amount I'm being charged 4 this substandard furniture! The name of the furniture isn't the same! That was swapped out! They claim 2 b so much better than Ashley, yet they sell Ashley products! In actuality, they're so much worse than Ashley home store! Their crappy furniture doesn't cost a small fortune! Their only listed number has changed with no new number listed yet they're still operating, looks like. Family and employees must b giving them rave reviews like other business do here and on Google, smh.

On the sale side working with Evan, I loved the quick communication over text and the detailed invoices to review. He was always available for my questions or change updates.
