When we explained to him the situation & our desire to purchase the last remaining sectional, he very quickly & without hesitation went into his computer & reserved it for us so that no one else could buy it out from under us. In the meantime I had a chance to walk around the store & noticed what a well-arranged display of furniture they had & how reasonable the prices were. But I was most impressed with their salesperson, Andy, who promptly took care of us & remained calm, pleasant & unflustered through the entire transaction while I admit we were not. We purchased it on a Saturday & it was delivered, as promised, on Tuesday morning. The 2 deliverymen whose names I cannot recall were very pleasant, quick & professional at their jobs. And they were very considerate of my house & other furnishings. They set my couch in the exact spot I had designated & hooked up all the electrical wires & cords which operated the 2 recliners & sound system in a short amount of time. We were completely satisfied with the purchase & delivery of our furniture & will certainly go back in the future to purchase more furniture &/or decor as needed.

Be warned - when you purchase from here on many levels....because I will not ever again. 1. Your warranty is not good! If you get your mattress home and there's a stain on it when you take it out of the plastic drive it right back up there! Do not settle even if the stain in small, in my case it was not. There's no sign saying boxes springs are not warranted and even the employees done know tell they call Bob and ask him. Bob is only after your money and not customer service and quality. 2. Know your box spring has no warranty coverage even if it is defective wood. 3. You will have to purchase again from them to fix the problem- I don't care if it's at cost that's not good customer service. 4. Employees are not allow to give you the owners number to the store he is located at. Because he's never at either store. 5. Let's see if he even calls me! I doubt it. 6. I was very pleasantly surprised by the prices being so low. Then I found out this company actually manufactures their beds in Fort Worth and sells them to the other mattress stores. Those stores then sell them at a much higher price! If you buy from City Mattress, youre getting the same mattress just cutting out the middleman! They have an incredible swap out program if you're unhappy for any reason. And their guarantee is almost 3 times as long as other "name brand" stores you hear of!
