Sent mower out for repair , Spent good money paid in full at time of purchase 14k for a scag. when we waited for our delivery to our house because we also work for a living and had to get back to work . And asked how much longer, due to them already being over 2 hours later. paid 300 for pick up and deliver. And was told I'll get there when I get there. Asked to speak to a manager was told he was the owner/manager "Eric" , then he said we can suck his dick! yup that's very nasty and unprofessional Eric. Hope life gets better for you . Had a issue with my lawn mower not starting tried for an hour just would not turn over. Got a blister on my finger was very mad. Looked on Yelp to find a lawn mower repairman close by. I found Expert Yard and Garden called up said bring it in. I was help very fast. I told them what was wrong and they said they will look at it. The mower would not be ready until Tuesday. It was Friday morning but I could wait. I was hoping for faster service. I told them not to fix it if the price was going to be too much. I could buy a new one. They do have a look at fee of 37.80. That price does go toward the total cost if you get it fixed. I got a call Monday from the repairman he said what was wrong and how much to fix. Plus they did some extra fluff stuff to add to the price. But I said ok. Total cost was I little high 121.02. Got the lawn mower home started right up and mowed the yard. Over all they did a good job getting my lawn mower working. Next time I will just get a new one. read more

Ok, I am editing this review. My first interaction with this outfit was stellar! I bought a brand new chainsaw from them and couldn't have been happier. The next interaction was for a tune up on another one of my chainsaws and there were some miscommunications. Although I was irritated, Adam reached out to me to apologize and was incredibly sincere about the mix up. Being a business owner, I know things get crossed up sometimes. I took my mower in for an annual tune-up and in less than a week it was tuned and is ready for spring. I had a question about the bill - not the amount, that was a fair deal - but in understanding how it was broken down. Both Eric (owner) and Tanner took the time and had the patience to explain and walk me through the entries until I understood. Not once were they exasperated with my questions or short with their answers. They never made me feel any less than the most important customer in the store. Disorganized and horrible attitude with customers. I bought a high end husqvarna riding mower last year. 2250$, with the quick release blades. The next weekend I went in for extra blades and the owner told me "those blades are stupid. We've never had one of the models in here!" He wouldn't believe me that I had bought it from him one week ago until I refreshed his memory. Yesterday I went in to see if the 3 bin bagger I had ordered was finally in. They had already missed the promised date and I hadn't gotten any calls but I was in the neighborhood so I stopped by. Yep, it was sitting there waiting! Thanks for the call.. Not!!! Then the owner tried to tell me he had to pay $100 for the shipping and he wanted me to pay half. Problem is, when I ordered it he said that there might be a shipping charge and we agreed if there was that he would call me to let me know... He never called, so I never had the chance to approve the extra cost! I politely declined to pick up half - I could have ordered online cheaper and with less shipping. So he - the owner of the store - proceeded to call me "sorry". Great customer service and attitude, right?!? When I told him hey you promised to call me if there was gonna be shipping costs he copped a really ugly attitude and proceeded to insult me and my wife! He said "ah well judging from the lack of a wedding band, I can see why you are single" Seriously I am not making this up. When I said "well I am married" ( my wife is native Chinese and in her culture weddings bands are not typical ) he countered with " well then you are probably on your way to cheat on her right now"!!! Is this any way for a small business person to treat their clientele??? He is destroying the husqvarna reputation, and I will never ever set foot in his shop again without a sincere and public apology. There are other choices, and it is my heartfelt recommendation that you seek out those other choices rather than give this arrogant man your dollars. read more

This is a quintessential mom and pop place. They are super nice in person but completely disorganized. I called in once and they told me to call them back in a couple of days because they wouldn't remember to. If leave messages and never get a return call. They fixed my problem, but it took a while. I left my push mover to these guys,They charged me $37 for diagnosing,but they didn't say anything about the issue and repairing cost even if I asked several time how much they will charged me. When I went to pick up my mower, The guy there said okay you can go.I picked my mower up and I went the work. After two hours they called me and said I had to come there today and I had to pay $150 more since they diagnosed the problem I had used old gas in my mower. Furthermore, they insulted me stealing my mower and threat me with my career by talking my manager because I said the repairing amount is very high since I had bought the mower just $250. The other day I brought in a 10+ year old echo weed eater with a stuck speed-feed head. Although they were unable to remove the head, they did replace the entire gear head with a spare they had. They also took a couple minutes to replace the cracked primer bulb and give it a tune up! A friend of mine originally referred me here and I have been extremely pleased with all of the service I've received. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for lawn equipment or service. read more

These people are rip offs. Took my blower in for repair, charged $39 for bench charge in which they said would be directed toward total repairs. Said that my blower was worth now $175 if purchased at Lowes and the cost of repairs would be around $100. Stupid me I said fix it and a couple days later I get a call saying it was going to be much more than a $100. Surprise, Should have known better to check to see exactly what that blower was selling for before. I just assumed the guy knew what he was talking about. I checked and found Lowe's was selling it new for only $149. Told him not to repair and had to eat the $39 charge. Word of advise check out whatever yourself what things are selling for new before taking it to these people. They don't know much and it's their easy way of collecting $39 and not working for it. I won't use these people ever again. read more

Communication failure to the extreme! I was quoted a price to fix my mower and told I would get a call to confirm. No call was made but to pick it up. When I questioned the total bill I was argued with and told I could pay the balance or they could put the broken parts back on the mower and refund my money and pick up the mower the next day! A communication mistake was made by the staff and the owner refused to take responsibility. I was dropped in the middle of the transaction for another customer. I made the cashier help me pay for parts and labor so I could get my mower. I will never return! read more

Just wanted to share my experience. Initially went it for a chainsaw repair which went as well as it could. Actually, my wife took the chainsaw in and picked it up without a problem. I mention this because I've been in some shops before where the wife isn't given much credibility. She was given the same attention and respect as someone who uses lawn machinery on a daily basis. I respect a business that does this since the customer base is male dominant. Later I went in specifically for something to help cut underbrush on my 32 acre property. I had done some research online and had a rough idea of what I was looking for. Eric, the owner, took the time to show me not only what they had on the floor but also what could be ordered that best fit my needs. He is very genuine and it is obvious this is how he conducts business. I will say that I was lucky that I was shopping in the off-season on a Friday a couple hours before close.
