Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly! I needed a special tool and went to pick it. There were three registers open. All three were checking someone out. There was someone else behind the person checking out at two of the registers. So I walked to the third register. Tall guy at the register snaps at me, "We're just running one line". So I turned around and headed toward the aisle near the middle of the store where another guy had just walked up and got behind him. Tall guy finishes with his customer after the guy in front of me makes it to another register. I expect to be called, but he shut down the register instead. Turns out that was the store manager. I get it if you're helping get a line down, but don't tell me something stupid when there were clearly separate lines at the other two registers. Tell me you're closed or something, but treating me like an idiot isn't going to help. If you truly believe your store pulls customers getting a single line, put up a sign. Granted, sometimes it does work that way. But it wasn't today, so don't lie to me.

You cannot treat paying customers that are in the middle of shopping like that. If the row is already closed so be it. But to run people out, shewing them to get lost? Come on. For the managers, this was around 5:00-ish pm just so you'll have an idea of who to two male workers were. I left and went straight to Lowe's to finish my shopping. He walked up and down the aisles w me looking up at the stock and he could not find them. He then asked someone else who let him know where it was moved to and then he still walked me back to the outside front of the store from the back of the Garden Dept. We finally found it!!! People like Drew are a Rarity and so hard to find. I sure hope yo take care of this man, because he is one of a few left, who actually cares about people who come in to his location !! Well I had to open them to realize I got the wrong one's that were obviously under the wrong picture on the shelf, but then he goes to say its a store policy that there store started a year and a half ago, when ask to see the store policy he could not produce it, and simply said im telling you its this store policy. So now I'm out of 75 dollars. Will not be shopping at this lowes ever again. Its not the money its the principle.
