Steve told me I was totally in the wrong aisle and he confidently took me where I needed to be. He took the nasty used pipe out of the old grocery bag I had it in, and got to work. He found everything I needed. He had to cut the pipe as mine was not able to take a kit piece. By bringing the old piece in he was able to cut what I needed to size. I was in and out, so quickly! They really did add the perspective I reference and that has me taking a step back before moving forward, just to make sure the direction I move is the way I want to go! Well I had to open them to realize I got the wrong one's that were obviously under the wrong picture on the shelf, but then he goes to say its a store policy that there store started a year and a half ago, when ask to see the store policy he could not produce it, and simply said im telling you its this store policy. So now I'm out of 75 dollars. Will not be shopping at this lowes ever again. Its not the money its the principle.
