I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and prior to signing the contract with Matt, I communicated the expectation and standards I was looking for in a contractor for our pool construction. I presented Matt with my ideas and design and Matt took them and improved on them and most important executed the construction. Matt always communicated with me the plan for the upcoming week and advised when contractors were going to be on my property. When we called and asked to have someone else be sent out, we were treated like it was a huge inconvenience. The next person that they sent over said that he had serviced our pool but hadn't.
