Texas Native Aquatics - Here is my pool after Ryan and his guys came oit to fix it.

I would highly recommend…read more When I thought there was an issue with the service he came out , no questions asked and made sure everything was working properly. Everything turned out okay but the fact that he took the time made me feel better.

I will never see the name Texas Native Aquatics and not relive the trauma they have caused. Let me…read moretell you about it. The previous owners of our home did not care for the pool, so after many years of trying to find the right person for the job, we thought Ryan would be our savior; boy, were we wrong. Things started off great! My husband found him on YELP with a high 4-star rating back in December 2024. Ryan was eager and appeared excited to bring our pool back to life. Ryan and Team started working on our pool February 2025. I mean, this guy is over communicating at this point. Keeping us updated on when they were coming out to the house and what materials were being purchased & so forth. We were indeed pleased. Our first biggest mistake, we paid him in full in April 2025. Ryan immediately stopped accepting our calls and stopped replying to text messages. We were out of $12,000! Thank the Lord we paid with a CC, so we took it up with our bank, but it wasn't easy. In June 2025, we were told by our bank that Ryan submitted pictures of a completed pool---claiming it was OUR pool. As a result, the ruling was ruled in Ryan's favor, not ours. We were in complete shock; utter devastation. FULL TRANSPARANCY POST NEXT: The stress was unimaginable. I stopped eating, my hair began to fall out, and I was so filled with anxiety, I could barely work. Texas Native Aquatics put such a severe strain on our lives, but my hurt turned into anger, AND WE FOUGHT BACK. We were not going to accept this! We took even more photos and gathered even more text messages to prove our case. It took hours upon hours to put the evidence together, but the hard work paid off. The claim was reopened and TODAY, the bank ruled in our favor. Today is September 16, 2025, and our pool is still unusable. It's been drained for 7 months---which can lead to more serious issues. We've declined hosting family events, friend get-togethers and birthday parties for our nephews all due to our pool condition and the pain/suffering Ryan Williams has caused. Feel free to visit his google and yelp page---as you can see, we are not the first to write about being taken advantage of. And as of recently, his ratings have declined. I am truly fearful for this guy because if he continues this type of practice, then he might end up working for the wrong client and he will be out a lot more than he is now. Lucky for him, he got a nice couple I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND RYAN WILLIAMS AND TEXAS NATIVE ACQUATICS.

All we can say is NO.... Use anyone else but this company. Customer service and service…read morecommunication is horrible. Also.....have had one issue since installation and have reached out numerous times FOR MONTHS and still no resolution. Now we need to hire someone to fix the issue. Not cool! Also had inspectors come out and say some things couldn't be the way they were..... Shouldn't this company know that? They also damaged part of my NEW fence and didn't really take much responsibility for it. Had to have our fence guy come out to fix....$500 later.

Our process started back in early October 2020 with intentions to have a pool by the beginning of May 2021.Their sales guy Dalton coming out to our design appointment in October 2020 and as nice as he was, we felt we were lied to and mislead on the day of our appointment. I would not know this until several months passed. The day of our appointment, he showed us a few pools and we fell in love with their Atlantis pool. Dalton stated that the Atlantis would fit perfectly in our backyard, even AFTER I told him our HOA has a setback bylaw of 5ft from our fence line (including decking) He said "not to worry", it would fit perfectly and if they had to, they would adjust the pool diagram where it would still fit and abide by the HOA's setback rule. We trusted his word, gave him a $1,000 deposit check to hold pricing since we weren't ready to start until early spring BIG MISTAKE. January comes around and I decide to check in with their office manager Diana. She provides all our timeline details, goes over what happens after this step, that step... she was great and a pleasure to deal with. She even cleared up some items Dalton had told us but were actually WRONG. Fiberglass pools are put in fast but not in 3 weeks like he said, I was glad she told me this in January or else I would be just now finding this out. Based on her timeline and opinion, we start the process right then and there. She called in the Dig Tess and the Oncor approval. Once that was done, she had their computer guy Jesse draw up our plan to submit to our HOA. To be fair, our HOA was a pain in the rear to deal with however, Dalton and Lonestar knew this. Our initial plan was denied by our HOA because the decking exceeded beyond the 5ft from fence line rule. I tried to fight and fight with the HOA to no avail. I called, sent text messages and left voicemails for Dalton, he never called me or texted me back. Diana told me to just work with her and not deal with Dalton anymore, she would take care of it from here on but that the Atlantis would not fit per our HOA and it was a shame Dalton mislead us. I would have never given them a $1,000 deposit if I had known all of this upfront. Diana and I tried to make it work but our HOA would not budge. She then provided 3 other pool options she said would fit; Denver, Memphis and Miami. While we did not want to fork out $35K+ for something we did not want or really like that much, we decided to go with our 2nd choice, the Miami since they already had $1,000 of my money. The weekend went by and Monday comes and I get a text from Diana "Sorry, the Miami does not fit either. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! We went from Atlantis not fitting all because their sales guy screwed up and lied to us to now our 2nd choice not fitting either? While I understand they have no control over our HOA bylaws, Lonestar and Dalton knew our setback was 5ft from the very start. At this point we are in disbelief and unmotivated to continue this pool building experience/process. Something that we were excited about based on what we were told and the fact that we were referred to this company, had then become a total nightmare. My wife and I had given up at this point, all this company has done was give us the run around while holding on to our $1,000. Diana understood our frustration and even gave us her honest opinion about their smaller pool the Denver, what I called a kiddie pool/pond. I was not going to spend $35K+ on a kiddie pool! Especially our very last option. I call Manny about my deposit, spent hour or so on phone, he agrees to refund me half of my deposit because he said they had "done work" What Work? Do I have a pool from your company? NO! I got $500 back but strongly feel he should have given me my full deposit. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
