    Almond Croissant

Vegan almond croissant from Pluto Organic Cafe in Fremont - they were really light just like a regular croissant. Also very delicious- the best vegan croissant I have ever had! I am thrilled because I am allergic to cow's milk & have been in search of good dairy free croissant for years. The two employees at the cafe this morning were friendly & wonderful! Please keep the vegan croissants on your menu, they are sooo delicious! I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Today I ventured into Fremont to try Pluto Organic Cafe second location and let me tell you... it did not disappoint. I was treated to: Salmon avocado sandwich Sausage, egg & cheese sandwich Açaí Island smoothie Lavender pistachio latte The service was an absolute 10. I was warmly greeted walking in, and the owner even called ahead to make sure I was well taken care of -- that kind of hospitality always hits differently. Every single bite was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. You leave feeling full, but in that light, energized, so satisfied way -- the best kind of food experience. I truly can't recommend this place enough. Don't walk... RUN to Fremont and try it. #SoloInSeattle #FremontEats #SeattleFoodie #SupportLocalSeattle #OrganicEats #SeattleCafes #WomenOwnedBusiness #EatLocalSeattle #PlutoOrganicCafe

So happy to have all these plant based options are no up charge for your non-dairy milk. Thank you. Excellent dirty chai Had a good plant-based sandwich. We also had a açai bowl but too cold and served in plastic. It's a very quiet place. Feel like it works to create community. One staffer so it took a while for our order, but that was fine. Maybe it needs a little bit of Buddha bar chill music or something just to give it a little bit of energy. And more fresh air but some construction right now so may be impractical. The cups in the açai bowl come in plastic versus washable nice ceramic. I hope they can improve on that. I'm always going to support Vegan. I drove all the way over here from the east side. I just hope they will step it up a little bit chords on the ground looking at a broom as I eat. I think about plant based is being sustainable so hopefully you can ditch the plastic.

I'm trying to eat healthier and this is the perfect breakfast spot in Fremont to do so! Pluto Organic cafe has great organic smoothies, sandwiches, coffee & more! What I got: Fiery chicken melt (favorite) Bacon egg & cheese bagel Salmon Avocado Fruity w/ mango açaí bowl PB&J smoothie (favorite) Ice pistachio mocha latte 6oz Personally I wouldn't get the açaí bowl again but loved everything else! Especially the fiery chicken melt! I definitely loved the wall decor as well and can't wait to get another sandwich from there!

What an amazing place to get breakfast and brunch food! My favorite was the buffalo chicken sandwich as well as the bacon egg and cheese bagel. The drinks were a bit sweet, the smoothies were very refreshing, the service was very friendly! I highly recommend this place and would come back.

Sat down here for a vegan breakfast sandwich and Americano. Both were great. Friendly lone staffer. Spacious, well-lit seating area.

The mini chocolate croissant was tasty. They didn't have too much left early afternoon for bakery but I was so happy to have a dairy free croissant that was actually good! The service was friendly and speedy. The whole place was packed so we took ours to go. I want to come back and try more bakery, especially croissants.

    Inside environment.

Great cafe and sandwich spot. Lots of gluten-free options. All sandwiches can be made gluten free. Also carries gluten free pastries from Shambala Bakery! Laid back environment and very friendly service. Had the Salmon avocado sandwich on gluten free bread and it was delicious!

Came around 4pm on a weekday and there were not many options left for pastries. I had the chocolate croissant, which was good, but I wish had more chocolate inside. I also got the almond croissant, which was also really good. Definitely fulfilled my little vegan craving for pastries! -1 star for having no AC in this heat. I would have stayed longer if it was cool! +1 star for kindness of staff and the fact they have free food available in the back for those who need it. If I lived in area I would come back and try another treat!

Omg. Just tried the pumpkin croissant and it's to die for. That filling is perfection.

A cute neighborhood coffee shop tucked into the heart of Downtown Fremont -- stopped by for a quick treat after seeing that they had a selection of desserts. The inside is very cute and cozy, and seems like a great place to bring a book or laptop to work. The staff are super friendly. I got a tiramisu to-go and it was SO. GOOD. The texture was so light and fluffy, and I honestly couldn't believe it was vegan?! I'd definitely go back to try another pastry!

Everything I have here is absolutely incredible!! Best vegan pastries I've ever had -- lemon meringue tart, almond (filled) croissant, tiramisu. It is truly magic how buttery and creamy everything is since there are no animal products. No one can tell it's vegan! I even had the breakfast sandwich (vegan sausage, egg, cheese) and two people had no idea it was vegan until after they ate it and I said something. The pepper jelly on that sandwich is soooo good! They have macarons on the weekends and often post specials on their instagram. Typically there's a monthly seasonal croissant flavor. There's also a free pantry for those in need (and you can donate too). Lots of tables inside, good vibes, very community-oriented.

    Large almond croissant!

My husband and I walk past Cardoon all the time, so one day we finally stopped in. The cafe is cute and cozy and makes good use of a small space with benches along the walls and low tables. It's not the kind of cafe you would work on your laptop for hours from, but instead meet a friend or read a book. They were out of chocolate chip cookies when we arrived, but the barista said they had a new batch in the oven if I could wait 30 minutes. I waited, and boy was it worth the wait. The cookie was warm and gooey, while still crispy on the edges. There are pools of dark chocolate and flakes of sea salt, and undertones of anise, making it a delectable cookie. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back to try some drinks!

The charming outdoor seating immediately caught our attention and made for a relaxing lunch spot. We ordered the Café Mezze Plate, Shakshuka, and Mushroom Toast--more food than the two of us would normally order, but since it was our first visit, we wanted to sample a variety of dishes. The Café Mezze Plate came with an assortment of mezze, including hummus, whipped feta, roasted eggplant, green tahini, marinated olives, cucumber and turmeric cauliflower pickles, along with house-made pita and pita chips. It was fun to try so many different flavors, although the portions felt a bit small for the $36 price tag. The Shakshuka was flavorful but a little spicy for my daughter, though I enjoyed it. It came with two perfectly cooked eggs and two pieces of house-made pita. At $18, it was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. We couldn't finish the Mushroom Toast, so we took it home and had it the next day. It actually reheated very well and still tasted delicious. Overall, this café has a lovely atmosphere, especially the outdoor seating, making it a great place to gather with friends. The food was enjoyable, but the prices felt a bit on the high side for what was served. I'd be open to coming back if I were in the area, though it wouldn't be at the top of my recommendation list.

They have so many yummy options, but I settled on a mushroom and Gruyère pastry and an earl grey blueberry cruffin. The mushroom and Gruyère pastry was SO good!!! We were thrilled to discover it's new management's plans and community, service oriented nature - not to mention their excellent breakfast sandwiches and good beverages! Type of cuisine: Cafe fare - espresso beverages, as well as non-caffeinated items for kids and those who prefer not to partake. Breakfast sandwiches, burritos, pastries. Ambiance: Large, expansive and spacious. There is a small patio with outdoor seating available, should you prefer to dine facing Aurora's traffic congestion. But inside, office furniture helps create separte-feeling booth-like seating with small coffee/end tables for your purchases. Large tables, too, conference sized grace the main space for those wishing to work alone on devices, or engage in conversation among friends and family. An open area also exists, accounting for about one-third of the entire room, which allows for gathering while standing, as well as providing ample space for lines to grow and distance to be maintained (covid-safe). What I ordered: On most ever visit, I stick with my favorites: the bacon breakfast sandwich (if you like the bacon crispy, as that it be cooked out of the sandwich and alongside then placed inside), the sweet potato scone, the sausauge breakfast sandwich and the slightly spicy, vegan potato, bean burrito. My beverage of choice is the Melanin Mocha (dark chocolate moch), though I've also ordered the blackberry mocha, and a couple of others. My husband always sticks with The Karen (white chocolate mocha), while our children enjoy a cup of steamed milk with caramel sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles with their food. What I loved: Everything about this place; namely its mission and complete devotion to the youth and community. Empowerment is strong in this space and the food and drinks are a bonus that amplify and support the work being done. Why I loved it: For all of the reasons listed above - and more. Cost: Average
