The prices are extremely fair, and as I've gotten to know the owners, I can say that they are great to work with and very kind people. They are engaging in person and have a really active social media presence on Facebook with constant updates on what new items they've picked up. That's not "market pricing," that's blatant price gouging aimed at the people least likely to know better. Card shops are supposed to build community and help grow the hobby, especially for kids. Instead, this place feels more interested in squeezing every possible dollar out of excited young collectors and their parents. It's hard to call yourself a community shop when you're pricing families out of the hobby. If your business model depends on overcharging kids and parents who don't know better, that says everything people need to know. Even their video games are priced way more than even EBay prices.
