I will definitely be going back and speaking with him if need advice or more parts. Now the bad! I went in last week to see the guy that helped me prior and he wasn't there (maybe a day off) the girl behind the counter with jacked teeth (mind you i waited 45 minutes for her to get off her personal phone)she was not able to find a simple part and when I asked her for advice on an issue she went straight to Google and and someone else. Another customer ended up jumping and answering my question due to her lack of knowledge. If I decide to go back in to that store I will turn around and leave if the knowledgeable guy isn't there (hes a new guy but definitely knows his stuff) Definitely don't go to the portland store because it's ran by a bunch of monkeys and they never have anything in stock.

The most prominent feature on the door is a sign stating "Do not knock", and instructs potential customers to scan a QR code, or send a text to be buzzed in to "provide a safe space for all". No thank you. No store should require potential customers' phone numbers as a condition of entry. I'm also not sure what they're referring to when they say "a safe space", but if a store is unsafe, I don't want to go there.
