i came in today, hoping to kick my smoking addiction and the lovely staff here pointed me towards their ds games. not only did they have every game i could want, they also had the perfect remedy for my problem. in front of me stood 11 stop smoking coach DS games. for good measure, i bought 3. in case you are interested in doing the same, i left the other 8 for those who may be in my same situation. i also bought barbie island princess because that game is awesome. the games were all well priced- only $2.99 for a game to help me quit my smoking habit (priceless in my opinion). they also have an incredible selection of pokemon cards, consoles, cables, games for every console, and arcade games we would have tried if we didnt have dinner plans. i 100% recommend coming in and visiting for the wonderful games, staff, and friendly ambiance of this store. This is actually a good place Love their video game selection and the fact that they rely on nostalgia heavily implies for the people who grew up with the Atari, NES, SEGA genesis etc. just makes it the perfect go to destination. To be honest, I have no requests or complaints. The only thing that I will say is that when I got the receipt from them after getting two wii games and an Xbox one game, I stumbled upon the receipt saying 0 money on everything. Maybe it was a typo or because they have the 'double jump price stickers' but hey everything else is good. Also great prices especially for consoles. For example, the NES classic edition is roughly around $70 only and that is a good price since I bet that was the case when it came to that upon release. Now that I'm thinking about it, there was one other thing that I was shocked to see and that was the special packs. You know the ones with Zelda crossbow training and certain PS5 games? But I get it. The cheapest you could get. Plus limited editions are offers in select stores. Hopefully, they get much more deserved love after this message. And I hope people support them because they're pretty much a small business with 6-7 people and that is an ambitious feat especially since you take a look at the store with SO many games for PS 1-5, game boys (all editions and same thing for the DS), NES all the way up to switch, Sega base system through Dreamcast and classic Xbox-series x. Please support them after reading this. it means the world to them and all of us retro/modern gamers. I might've saved and helped you out double jump so keep doing on what you have to be doing. Felt a little ripped off when selling my dead father's PS1, they only gave me 5$ for it due to one button being sticky which doesn't even cost anything to fix. Still an awesome store, that's the only negative experience I've had. I'm going in later to sell my Pokemon cards and hopefully will have a better experience with it! it's important to know that if you have an issue with this business they will be more worried about deflecting responsibility onto the customer, than actually trying to do something to help the situation. You can tell by the owners responses to other negative reviews that they care more about their business' image than their customers. I had to jump through hoops to get any kind of reimbursement after they sent my item to the wrong address and they were reluctant to even give me the money back for the service provided, which was only $15. Through out the whole process they were deflective and rude, and blamed me. Then continued to say that my behavior was inappropriate after they lost my items. I never yelled at anyone and I said the f word because they refused to help. Which I feel is appropriate considering the situation. Their website told me it would be shipped according to the return address I wrote down inside the package, but they instead used my PayPal address. read more

I looked this place up online and saw they were open till 7:00pm so I made my way down to the store. Walked in at 6:04 and was looking to trade/ sell some used games I had and the employee was from what I could see in the midst or close to being finished with another customer trade in, so he looked up and told me they do not do trades after 6pm, and said "Sorry". Very poor customer service for a first timer to walk in. No, hey come back tomorrow or anything. When looking up the business hours it does not say anything about these "Special" trade in dead line and now I wasted gas driving all the way across town to be turned away, and looked to be an empty store besides him and this other customer. Specially for how messy the store is, if a store wants to charge top dollar, they should offer top notch service and professional presentation. They have boxes and boxes of stuff scattered all over. Lots of it looks like it's been sitting for a long time collecting dust. Plus one of the guys with a beard looked completely unkempt, unorganized and unprofessional. read more

I love this place. My partner and I live on the other side of town but take special trips out to this place because it's so great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection that is fairly priced. Some of those old games can be pretty spendy, but their prices are in line with what you can expect anyone else to charge. They're definitely not trying to rip you off or charge more than is fair for these collectibles. They also have a cool selection of arcade cabinets that are set to free play. read more
