An employee didn't realize that myself & my boyfriend were in the store when he decided to say something along the lines of "I'm 5'8" when my d*cks hard." The rest of the employees laughed & then commented that he must not have known there were customers in the store. Regardless of the vulgar & inappropriate language, they wanted $60 for a used Mario Odyssey & had a version of Bowsers Fury with a second hand case for $50. Left very quickly after the comment was made & purchased both games brand new at Walmart down the road for $100 total. read more

Game stop Vancouver mall sold me a headset that didn't fit my console after specifically asking multiple times if it'll work then had to drive across town to return it to they have to wait in line for 45 minutes so the guy who sold me the headset stood there talking to his buddy and ignoring me. Then after I finally returned it he was rude and sarcastic when I was leaving. I will never return to this store again Unfortunately I can't rate this store with zero stars read more

Not bad but don't like how stuff over price and some of workers can't awnser my question becuase non of them are gamers. I try to get a job there they said were not hire next 2 days two new people are hire there. There are about 3 people that work there that I like and are most helpful than others, other than that I don't like the in-store credit BS if you have alot of in-store credit what can u use it for oh wait a small little toy or statue. Went in today to trade in a couple of games and purchase one. When we were in line there were a couple people that could not decide what to get so Alphonso moved over to the register to help us while they decided which we thought was great. He was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back, best GameStop in the area for sure. read more

I love Gamestop! From beginning to end it is a wonderful experience! "But, why the 5 stars?" you may ask. Let me tell you: 1. Wide selection! Got old, new, used, and something for every game system! 2. Very attentive staff! Not a bunch of losers waiting for you to buy something, but let you take your time. Not to mention they can tell you if a game is in their store in 10 seconds flat! 3. Next to Target! If Gamestop for some reason doesn't have what your looking for, there's a good chance Target will! I know from personal experience! 4. I love that they let you play games for free in the store! They regularly change the game and make sure everything is clean and working! And for number 5... SOOOOOO up to date! If a new game just came out, or a new game player just came out, there's a 99.99999999999% chance they've got it. That .00000000001% means they're sold out. I went in to game stop today to buy uncharted, the lost legacy. Katy was The young lady that helped me out and was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She provided excellent customer service. She answered all my questions and printed out a list of future games coming out. She also told me to call the store anytime i needed anything. She deserves a raise or promotion. This is one of the best Gamestop stores in the area. Alphonso, one of the managers there, is very helpful, always smiles and asks how your doing, doesn't pressure you into buying anything, will answer your questions truthfully, and just treats you like your a member of the family. I've been going to this GameStop for over 7 years now, and there is a reason behind it. The staff cares about their customers, and you can find what you want immediately. They are attentive and just want to make sure you find what you are looking for. They have a great selection with changing items each day due to trade in... Some of the prices are a bit over the hill, but it doesn't matter for new games. The only downfall which isn't that bad for me, but is different for others is the trade offers they give. I understand they have to make money, and It makes sense to me with the low prices. Overall, they have great service and make sure you find what you are looking for. read more

Great customer service. I've been helped by Alphonso a few times and he's always been super helpful and fun to talk to. My five year old started getting super in to Skylanders YouTube channels so I decided to stop by the Gamestop on Mill Plain over by the Target one day as I work nearby. I was happy to see that I find everything I needed for the first version of the game (Spyro's Adventure) used instead of having to pay full price for a starter pack for one of the newer versions. I walked out with the game, portal, and three action figures for a grand total of $16. My kids loved it and we've been in just about every weekend since to buy additional Skylander figures. Another employee, Karla, was also super helpful running to grab a binder with all of the available Spyro's Adventure figures and even offered to call around to the other locations if there was one they didn't have in stock. When it comes time to pony up for the latest and greatest Skylanders starter pack I'll definitely come here. read more

This is one of the better stores in the area. They always have great selections of used and new games, awesome promos, and phenomenal rewards if you join their membership program. I save a TON on games and get great trade-in values with my membership. The employees at this store have always been kind and courteous, and really very knowledgeable. I love being able to walk up to the counter, strike up a conversation, and ask if there's anything new out they'd suggest. Some of the other stores in the area aren't as friendly, and many of them have a smaller selection of titles. If you're looking for YOUR game store instead of just another game store, go to this location. read more

worst place ever, i have always gone to game stop to get my games and pre-orders, but after today this will be the last time i ever go there. i bought a brand new destiny for Xbox 360, i bought the season pass i bought the pre order from call of duty to get extra stuff i even bought a new hard drive for this game. i go home pop the game in my xbox it gets to 58% install and it freezes every time. so i try to install the game to my hard drive and it freezes every time at 89%, so i call and ask what is going on and they say it has been happening to the 360 version and there is nothing they can do to help me. so i gave them a free $65 thanks gamestop lost a life long buyer read more
