It's a line people it's simple if it's not there use your imagination. Adults parking cars shouldn't be this hard.. the game field is the only thing that gets this any stars 5 star field -1 star management.. When they fix parking and add more then 2 handicap spots for a field that holds 20 plus games a day. The exercise areas are amazing and the indoor walking trail is really amazing in the winter if you want to stretch out and stay dry, we use it all year because my husband is blind and it's the safest place for him to walk. I had never been in this building even though we often are at the library next door. My fiance and I had a few minutes to spare today so we decided to drop in so she could show me the facilities and we could talk with someone about a membership. As we are walking down a hall (within the first 5 minutes of getting there) in mid-conversation this older man begins following us and recording us. I don't mean to stereotype but it is what it is, this man was filthy, looked like he hadn't showered or changed his clothes, you get the idea. He tells us that we look like people who stole from there yesterday. My fiance told the front desk and they basically said the following: He recently had his cell phone stolen, so thats why hes suspicous of us. (The one he used to film us with I presume?) And basically we just need to deal with it... I never do reviews and really try to avoid leaving negative ones. But not only did this homeless older man follow us with a camera in our face just for entering the building...the worst part is the staff basically profiled/stereotyped us and told us to deal with it. My fiance said it best, "how could we have avoided that? Just for entering the building we are subject to that?" I definitely don't feel comfortable allowing my child to be there in a bathing suit. God forbid he "fits the description" or something and has to deal with the harassment from guests followed by a shrug of the shoulders from management. If you have a son or daughter who goes here regularly I would just like to say BE CAREFUL and PAY ATTENTION to who may be watching or FILMING YOUR KID!

What I absolutely loved about this place are the coaches. They are truly amazing! The coaches are very passionate about tennis and dedicated to providing the best lessons to their students. During the 2-hour lesson I signed up for, they did their utmost to deliver high-quality instruction. They genuinely wanted us to fall in love with tennis and immerse ourselves in the game. Although it is a bit far from where I live, I will definitely visit this place again for lessons and to play tennis. I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes to play tennis or wants to take lessons. I'm confident that you won't find a better place than this.

On entry, everything was clean and beautiful. The Black Card lounge is awesome, and the way they have everything set up feels unique compared to other locations I have visited. The treadmills and running equipment all look brand new, modern, and high end. They even have equipment and recovery machines I have never seen before, including this cryo chair that honestly looks futuristic and cool as hell. The whole gym has a modern feel to it. Everything is neat, organized, and easy to navigate. The bathrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how well this place is maintained. I am already a Planet Fitness member, and one of the things I love most is being able to go to locations all over, but this Vancouver location really pops compared to others I have been to. If you are in Vancouver or around Orchards, definitely come check this place out. It is modern, clean, well designed, and easily one of the nicest Planet Fitness locations I have visited.

They have everything a fitness enthusiast could possibly ask for: (2) beautiful, clean (saltwater) pools, spa, steam, sauna. I'm a lap swimmer, so I really appreciate these. Upstairs is a great weight and cardio area with ALL the bells and whistles, plus a great indoor walking track for the winter months. I'm not a tennis or pickleball player, but they have quite a few courts, both indoor and outdoor. They have quite a large staff, and in my experience they're all consistently professional and courteous and provide excellent service. They even have a bar with food on the premises which is normally open during late afternoon / early evening. They used to have a "junior center" here, prior to the pandemic, but unfortunately it has not re-opened since then. This lack of service and amenities for kids is my only complaint. Quite a few of the reviews here mention the fact that the building is "old and outdated". Yes, the building is older, but considering the HUGE scope and incredible variety of amenities, I can easily overlook that minor issue. In general, the staff do an excellent job of maintaining the building and equipment. One more thing, their dues are VERY reasonable, especially if you're just using their athletic / fitness facilities (as opposed to golf and tennis). Their pricing structure charges different amounts depending on whether you're a golf, tennis, or athletic member.

Everyone is nice and helpful. Someone mentioned VTC for tennis, I am still a member there and like the classes and pros a lot, but it's next to impossible to get a court. And while the annual dues my be low, it's very expensive overall. CGM has several days of free play for men and women, they provide balls for our tennis matches and Carlos & Emory are just the best. I love the fact that it is private and they limit the membership so we can all use the facility for tennis, pickleball, gym, pools, saunas, classes, etc., when we want.
