    Maple donut, la morena

Such a lovely place! Super happy with our visit Food and drinks Ambiance is cutesy with all the plants! I wanted to leave with so many! (You can buy) Parking and seating can quickly become limited if it were busy. Friendly, quick, patient service (we had questions). No real wait on a Saturday at 0900. Got the morena with oat milk and it was delicious, maintained a coffee flavor with the additional flavoring, not sweet! Really appreciate that. My friend enjoyed his as well. We all ordered the torta and really enjoyed it! Not a high tolerance for spice and it was not spicy even the child with us ate it. The donuts were different and interesting. More dense, flavor that's not overly sweet. I think it would be a preference. Worth a try. The kids enjoyed it. My friend felt the matcha said was okay, nothing special. But another friend got matcha with mushroom and she really enjoyed that. Another got the chagacinno and he loved it. I loved it and if I was in town again, I would go again

Such a gem of a place that meets all my requirements for a shop- where plants and coffee come together, in one place. Delicious coffee and unique pastries are offered by this Latin owned establishment. They are friendly and helpful with descriptions of pastries and drinks. They have created a special drink menu for the summer with beverages such as MANGO MOONRISE REFRESHER which is Mango + Black Tea + Lemonade or perhaps you'd prefer a SALTED LADY with salted caramel + choice of milk + espresso + chocolate drizzle! They have all varieties of plants, pots, and other decor. Outside on the patio there is a quaint area to sit, pick up some succulents, and hear the gentle sounds of the water fountain.

Expensive but so cute inside! Plants everywhere, cute stickers, pins, and Keychains you can buy, and an overall theme of Latina/women/LGBT empowerment. I love that. I wish they would add a little more seating since there was nowhere for my family to sit, so we took our items to go. I will be back to try something new next time! I bought a mocha and loved it.

So stinking cute! They have a broad coffee menu with so many fun seasonal latte flavors. I got the cookie butter latte and it was phenom! Sweet but not too sweet and well balanced. The mocha was also tasty and well balanced. There are tons of spots to sit inside and outside. You can also buy the plants or pot your own in a little potting room. So cute and the staff is sweet too. Definitely coming back!

Love all the beautiful and inviting art!

I'm an absolute sucker for a coffee shop that doubles as a plant haven. There's something extra special about sipping on your favorite beverage while surrounded by greenery. Am I right? Coffee and plants truly are a perfect pairing. There's plenty of seating and a few whimsical corners to explore. The menu includes bites to munch on as well but I'd just eaten so a refreshing matcha was exactly what I needed. I love supporting small businesses whenever I can. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy. If I lived nearby, I'd be here daily. Bonus: loads of free street parking right out front.

Found this gem of a coffee shop in Oceanside Cali while exploring a bit in the area. What stuck out to me first was the mushroom coffee/matcha options, their menu was something unique for a coffee shop and both my drink and my husband's drink was delectable. I got a Chaga matcha drink that was featured and my husband got a dirty chai. I like that the drinks weren't very sweet as the standard, but you can always add more sweetness to make it to your liking! The drinks came out fast and the barista's were very friendly. The relaxing and fresh atmosphere made it very easy to work on schoolwork and just enjoy slowing down and enjoying life a bit more. Would recommend giving it a visit if your in the area

Looking for an instant vibes coffee shop? You're instantly drawn in with the plant mural located outside the shop. Once you're inside you are surrounded by hanging plants and a plant oasis. Great place to study, chill, or hang out with friends if you want a break from normal cafe atmospheres. They have free treats for your dogs, water and plants and pastries for sale. When I ordered the girl at counter was very friendly and she recommended me the chagacinno. I don't regret it! It was so delicious and made me feel alert. My first time drinking mushroom coffee. I cannot wait to come back. If you're in this area, it's definitely a place worth checking out.

Lovely tropical plants and the pots selection is great!

Wow! What a find! Wonderful rare plant selection. Was able to find two beautiful house plants and pots with lovely glazes. A Hawaiian Pothos plant you don't see too often and Calathea. Love this shop. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me watering tips! I will def go back to grab a Chaga coffee! Very pleased!

Come for the coffee and stay to enjoy the unique plants and serene surroundings. Friendly staff and prompt service, too! Had the avocado toast and chaggaccino (sp?). The toast was a thick slice of toasty delicious with fresh avocado, feta, and chili flakes. Shopped for plants after and found beautiful options. Definitely worth the visit!

This may have been my favorite part of my trip to Cali this time. Take 2 of my favorite things- coffee and plants and combine them. Of course it's 5 stars for me. The staff is very friendly, able to talk about coffee and talk about the plants. It was the best part of my day to come here. Thanks Plantology Cafe for having such tasty coffee and beautiful plants. Today I added to my home jungle -- a fuzzy peperomia and a variegated version. Both very pretty and healthy. Let's see how these do in the Arizona climate. Should be fine, I have a small peperomia already at home. Of course I do, I have like 70 plants already. It's becoming a true obsession xD

Yummy drinks, cool plants. Big fan of the vibe and the casual experience of browsing through foliage while waiting for your coffee.

Ambiance is super peaceful. The barista girl was super rude and very short with me. Girl at the register was sweet. Coffee drink, it's okay. I got the cafe de olla and it didn't taste anything like that. It was still good but not what I expected as I've had many cafe de olla drinks and it's a very distinct taste. Would def come back just to sit and relax and view the plants !

Turkey pesto panini, a seasonal cold brew coffee (can't remember which one), and a snickers donut!

The shop is small, located in a strip mall, but you can smell the fresh, house-made bagels as soon as you walk in, which is always a good sign. The menu is simple but has everything you'd want: fresh bagels, toppings, and hearty bagel sandwiches. They even feature a bagel of the week. I went with the cheese jalapeño bagel and ordered "The Notch" (lox, cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers). I asked for mine open-faced, which was an extra $2.50 on top of the $18 price, but that's about what I usually pay at home, so it felt fair. The portion was generous with plenty of cream cheese, thick slices of tomato and onion, and a healthy serving of lox. The bagel itself was very fresh, though I was expecting a stronger jalapeño and cheese flavor--it leaned more bready than bold. The toppings definitely carried the flavor. Hopefully, that was just an off day for the bagel itself. One downside: some of the toppings are displayed openly in a case, and we did notice a couple of flies, which took away from the otherwise fresh, clean feel. The shop has a few small tables and a casual setup with a drink case and coffee bar. Staff was quick, efficient, and helpful, though not overly conversational. Overall, Golden State Bagel is a convenient stop for a fresh bagel sandwich, and while I wasn't blown away by the bagel itself, the toppings were excellent and the location is very handy.

I assume they make a certain amount and when they're gone they close and that's probably the way most places do it. Donuts were good, not greasy. I'm not a big donut person so they were ok and comparable to most places that don't have a greasy donut that leaves that oily taste in your mouth. What I really came for was the ham and cheese croissant but it was a little disappointing. Prices were actually much higher than I was expecting. We paid almost $20 for a ham and cheese croissant, blueberry cheese danish and 6 donuts including a cinnamon twist thing that I assume was supposed to be more than the others but I can't wrap my head around $18.30 for what we ordered. I legit think she charged me for 15 donuts instead of 5 cuz I saw something ring up as 15. Based off that I can confidently say I won't return. Items werent worth what I paid and if it was an error charge, the employee should have known that what I ordered was not close to $20 so I cant recommend this place
