The crust was relatively thin & chewy, not crispy but not soggy, either. The softer crust & heavy toppings make it harder to balance one-handed. You may want to do the unthinkable and get a fork, or at least extra napkins. As our flight always departs from A4, it's also incredibly convenient. I'm not sure why we've never tried it before. Lambert has few food options so when one is less than great everyone feels the impact. PS isn't bad, it's actually fairly good it's not MOD pizza but it's close. However, my most recent experience was frustrating. The counter staff lady was rude, disrespectful and came off as mean. She shouted that they were out of certain kinds of pizza, yelled at a lady trying to put ice and water in her travel bottle and angrily demanded proof of receipt when I went to pick up my order. Seating is a small outward facing bar ~ 8 to 10 seats. Good place to people watch. Food wise, salads and pizze and bottled and fountain beverages Ingredients are wider variety that include kalamatas and fetas and garlic oil. However, their pizza overall was rather bland. Price is a little high even for airports for what you get - personal size pizza with light toppings. If I wasn't super hungry, I'd skip. First time to this pizza place at Lambert. The menu has a great variety. Being a vegetarian I chose the Skinny Greek loaded with fresh veggies and topped with a basil tzatziki sauce. I was shuffled between two lines based on payment form, then the two lines became open to all forms of payment, and was served after several people who arrived after I did. At the same time, the employees chatted with other employees in the airport while pizzas went unmade. My flight had been delayed a couple of hours so it was pleasant to talk to a staff that was nice and pleasant. It may not be the very best pizza you'll ever have, but you should probably travel to Rome for that anyway. Was just here today 10/14 and was treated very poorly. Every other customer before me had their name called out for their pizza except me and when I inquired about my order I was told in a very rude way that my order was called a long time ago. I am a black female and was treated poorly by another black female with a heavy attitude. The manager Charles said that he would handle it , however the employee continued to make pizzas while making hissing noises and smug smiles. Terrible customer service. We stood for about 20 minutes before the lady took our order. My son wanted a salad. She said it would be over an hour.
