My order of a small pizza and two spinach calzones was quoted at a little over 40 minutes. Not a huge deal considering it was NFL Sunday, and I'm sure they were busy with takeout orders. I arrived two minutes after the estimated pickup time, gave the kid at the counter my name, and he asked if the order was for me. I said yes, he turned around to look for it, and then simply disappeared. Assuming it wasn't ready yet, I sat down in the waiting area. Another 10 minutes passed without anyone saying a word or giving me an update. Getting a bit irritated, I got up and politely asked for an ETA. He asked for my name again and whether the order was for me... I gave him the exact same answer as before. A young lady eventually came to the front to help with taking and sending out orders. The kid was explaining to her that he couldn't find something (not sure what), noticed I was starting to get frustrated, and giggled. I was taken aback because I had been nothing but cordial and patient, yet he seemed to find the situation funny. Finally, I watched the young lady look for my food and immediately find it. So, my food had actually been ready within the initial 40 minutes, but due to his negligence, it sat in the food warmer for another 15. Apart from that ordeal, some of the staff inside are extremely unprofessional. A kid with his hoodie up taking customers, another wearing pajamas, another wearing a bonnet. Blasting music in the back with vulgar language, and speaking in the same manner (not a big deal to me, but there were two older women waiting for their food as well, and I'm sure that wasn't a delight for them to hear). The cherry on top was another kid coming to the front desk, letting out a long, loud burp, giggling, and grabbing a piece of candy for himself. The biggest drawback is that it shares a wall with a cigar / smoke lounge, so it can get smoky in here. Every time the door opens, since people tend to smoke on the patio, a new waft of it comes in.
