Pizza Fair made a handicapped navy Vietnam veteran move his car from one of their parking spots during the Veterans Day parade. he had been a regular customer there since the 90's and will no longer visit or recommend this establishment. Recently got delivery from Pizza Fair and was pleasantly surprised. We were given an estimate of about 45 minutes, which I expected for a Friday night, but it took only like 30 minutes to get to my house. While 15 minutes faster is not a whole lot of time, it is when you and hubby are really hungry. Ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza, chicken finger dinner, cookies and some baklava. So far we've had the chicken Parmesan grinders, gyros, chicken wraps, steak special hoagies, and the pizza. You really can't go wrong here. One of the things I miss about no longer living in Rhode Island is Pizza Fair. Pizza Fair is a great family owned and operated restaurant. The food is expertly cooked and made from fresh ingredients. I almost always ordered a small cheese pizza, but other things that I've ordered (chicken parmesan, gyro) are also excellent. Servings are generous, and prices are very reasonable. Today I visited this place for the third time. The first time I order from here I ordered some fries, which was extra crispy and brown it took at least 20 min which I don't mind. The second time on my next visit I ordered pepperoni cheese pizza which was made ok it was soft and fluffy. The same clerk took my order again and I waited at least 15 mins. on my third visit i order the same thing and the same lady that took my order she was ok she also prepares the food too i stood at the counter for a few minutes i saw a few things going on and neither one of them washed their hands or put gloves on they kept walking in the back room and touching the wall and everything else then prepares the food at the same time with out putting on gloves again, i saw that every time something comes out the oven they touch the food like has if it's just a habit and still no gloves on so unhealthy. It seems like that's just the way they work then i called the lady back up front and i told her to cancel my order and she sounded inpatient well we already made the pizza and they can't refund me never again am i ordering from here when i got home i saw the that my pizza was over cooked and greasy i didn't eat it there customer service is ok it seems like they have there happy days and days they slack Who ever the owner or manager is needs to think of the health hazards. read more

Pizza Fair has been our go to place for many years when a good sandwich was what we wanted. The last visit was sadly disappointing. The steak in the Steak Special grinder was overcooked and dry and the cheese and veggies were barely there. The Specialty Veggie Grinder was simply not very good - veggies did not taste fresh and were quite mushy - and it also seemed to be missing the cheese that it's supposed to come with.
