Everything went well the pizza is good the beer is good the wings are good and everything is good

Hubby and I came to visit for their lunch buffet. It was a total of about $30 for the both of us and includes unlimited pizza, boneless wings, fries, salad, and drink. Pizza: I thought all the pizzas I tried were delicious. Definitely better when they come out fresh. I do like the crust a lot. It's thinner than other pizzas, but also crispy. Boneless Wings: They were just ok. They had BBQ, Plain, and Sweet Chili. Fries: I really wished their fries were better. I first tried the garlic fries, and they were still pretty hard in the middle. I tried the regular fries when they came out hot and fresh and they did taste better. But there were still inconsistency as some were crispy and soft in the middle and others were still hard in the middle. Salad: basic options for toppings. Overall, I do like how their lunch buffet offers other items like wings and fries. I think it's a great place if you're looking for an affordable lunch spot. read more

Our office decided to order pizza for lunch from Pizza Plus' on Prater Way; we ordered carry out and one of the staff was kind enough to help carry out our order to the car. We ordered 4 pizzas: pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage, combination, chicken and bacon plus chicken wings and steak fries appetizers, and a side of Ranch dressing with veggie sticks. All the food was delicious, everyone ate their fill and there was a lot of leftovers. Once again, we had a really dining experience from Pizza Plus; thank you. read more

We ordered for pick up, the staff was prompt on acknowledging our order which was ready when I got there. The place was packed with families dining in. They have good selection of combos at a decent price. We got the combo #1 - pizza was cooked well, the fries were crispy not soggy and the chicken were juicy. I was not impressed with the celery and carrots seems to have dried out probably sliced earlier in the day so I was a bit disappointed. Overall we had a decent dinner at home. read more

We came during a big dinner rush, and even though it was super busy, the staff was friendly, calm, and helpful. We ordered the #12 combo, heart pizza with wings and fries and added a few beers too, and the pizza was good! We chose the honey siracha sauce on our wings, and my fiancé and I enjoyed the flavor, but it was not spicy at all. I would get it again. They gave us a generous amount of fries, ranch, and celery/carrot sticks. We had a lot of leftovers to take home, and they were great the next day. I thought the price was reasonable, we paid around $30 for all the food, which is a good deal, especially because a lot of pizza places around here seem to overcharge for what you get. I have been a long-term customer a Pizza Plus an Audi for many years today I ordered a large boneless chicken wings with 86 the fries but extra celery and carrots not only did it take almost an hour and a half to get the order but when I got the order the wings were hard little tasteless nuggets Stone Cold and there was no extra celery and carrots however Yolanda the manager reimbursing my money and I have to say a lot for her the driver was scattered and late the order was disgusting and horrible I threw the wings away don't ever order boneless wings from Pizza Plus I always order the bone in and they're okay but this time is a disaster save Yolanda she's a good person a good manager God bless you guys read more

Every single time I go to this location, my order is incorrect. I have complained numerous times and this point its not even worth ordering from here anymore, or any other pizza place locations (because they all seem to have the same issue). The food is way overpriced. My wings and pizza never come out at the same time, so one is always colder than the other. And when Im standing in line or in the lobby, I always see the employees standing in the back messing around. The bathrooms are always filthy. read more

Take out pizza to kick off our Memorial Day weekend! First time trying this place. The pizza is okay but the build is so inconsistent. Pepperoni pizza had too much sauce, DIY Combo had little sauce and the cheese pizza with extra sauce was "normal" sauce. Toppings are average which made for an average pizza and an average rating. The pizzas lacked a bold flavor. Kudos to the owners who honor our military with a discount. read more

A friend reserved the party room here for our ladies Bunco night. You need to order $100 worth of food to reserve the room. We enjoyed pizza, wings, fries and assorted breaded veggies. The wings and veggies were all brought about 15 minutes before the pizza so when the pizza came the other items had cooled off so weren't as good as the pizza which was hot and fresh when it arrived. We were given condiments for the wings along with paper products to eat with. We enjoyed the party room and weren't bothered while we ate then played our game. This is a fairly new location so it's very nice and clean with plenty of tables. A tv and arcade game is available for entertaining the kids. Employees were masked but patrons "vaccinated" weren't required to wear masks. Some people wore them and others did not. All and all a good experience except the food items didn't all come at the same time. read more

So, I decided to get this for my husband because he loves pizza plus but hates the Vista location. This place is so much better. The seating is nice, the salad bar is nice, the service is fantastic, and the food is much better. Garlic bread was cold and yuck though. That is where they lost the point. Everything else was wonderful and my husband is stealing my food right now. Lol. My cashier was Ruby. She was very sweet and helped me find a deal. Pizza Plus is the spot for pizza and wings. Their wings are my favorite! I usually get them with nitro sauce on the side. Nitro sauce is a blend of BBQ and spicy flavors--it's really spicy and tasty especially with chicken wings. I highly recommend you try it! I've been to the Audi Boulevard several times the one on Prater also this place has gone downhill. They used to have their wings on the buffet. They took them out now they have their wings only to order and they're very dry or burnt and they cover it with the sauce and then when you want extra sauce they don't give you enough, furthermore, for example, when you buy the 5 pounds of wings, the tray used to be full to the rim now it's a little pile and I know that's not 5 pounds of wings. Some of THE rudest "customer service" you will ever receive. The two Hispanic girls work as a team. A team that likes to give attitude and not do their jobs. Asked for peppers. Ms Attude gave me BLACK PEPPER! I POLITELY said I wanted the RED PEPPERS. She rolls her eyes, grabs some pepper packs and tosses them across the counter. What a b****!!! I manage a team of employees that loves Pizza Plus. Whenever we have to chose a team meal, Pizza Plus is the unanimous vote. This past trip, I opted to try a different location. We ordered two pizzas, fries and chicken strips instead of wings. The chicken strips were a nice change since we usually opt for wings. The pizza however is always the standout here. My favorite is their Hawaiian with white sauce. The pizzas are always perfectly cooked and everything is ready when I arrive. This is a big advantage over the Oddie location. I have been told when to arrive to pick up my order and still sat waiting for up to 20 minutes. I walked in here, paid and was handed my entire order instantly. The staff was polite and friendly. The location was spacious and clean. This location will be my top choice for Pizza Plus team meal days! read more

There's something nostalgic about our local Pizza Plus. I remember coming here for their lunch specials which I fondly remember included their chicken wings when I was in college. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in and not much has changed. It's your typical pizza spot with family meal specials and video games lining the back walls. I ordered the $19 small pizza and quarter plate special- it was a ton of food! A little bit of everything for under $20- a small 2 topping pizza, chicken strips, 6 wings, battered mushrooms and zucchini, fries and celery and carrots. Pizza plus sits safely in my list of won't disappoint eateries. I do have pizza locations that I prefer more, but they are also more expensive and don't offer all the sides. Cheers! So Pizza Plus is my go to pizza. I've been eating there since the 80's. If you haven't tried them you absolutely should. I gave them a 5 star rating, but honestly I'm so disappointed because they have always had the BEST steak fries, however tonight I opened up a box of regular fries. They are meh. I'm hoping that this is a freak incident and they ran out of their usual fries. If this is a permanent change I'm going to be so upset. read more

Picked up pizza and wings for dinner tonight. Called in the order early in the day but did have to wait about 10 minutes extra for my order. Got the chicken bacon supreme pizza which was really good. The combo number two which was a large pizza with wings was very good. This was our first time trying this place out and it was a big hit with our family. We ordered the combo #7 which consisted of a large 3 topping pizza, wings, chicken fingers, steak fries, fried zucchini, fried mushrooms and carrot and celery sticks with a side of ranch. Holy crap on a cracker. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE. All I wanted was a small pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, olives and sausage. Repeated the order THREE TIMES. Also ordered a 2 liter soda. Was put on hold forever, after which the exceptionally incompetent order taker - Vanessa - told me that the minimum order for delivery was $15 and my total was $13.80 and that the manager wouldn't allow it. I asked if they could just add a $1.20 delivery charge. More time on hold, the answer was no. Vanessa then suggested I upgrade to a medium. I said no, and how much would their smallest order of wings be? She asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. I said I didn't know, I hadn't decided to order the wings yet, it depended upon how much they were. Vanessa said that she couldn't tell me without ringing it up (WTH??). I said "hot" and a moment later she said "Your total for the medium pizza and 16 wings with a 2 liter Sprite is $___." I said hold on a minute, I just wanted a small pizza. She recalculated and out of desperation, exhaustion and hunger I finally agreed to the $22.34 bill. So then the delivery guy shows up, and after he leaves I open the box to see... a pepperoni pizza. Just. Pepperoni (the receipt had all the toppings, but not the pizza). And a mediocre one at best (wings were OK, nothing to write home about). Never. Again. ------ Update: I went in and talked to the manager, and showed her the pizza and receipt. Evidently Vanessa lied to me, did NOT actually speak to the manager but rather another employee. Had she spoken to the manager she would have been told that the $15- delivery minimum was just a guideline; and $13.80 was close enough to deliver. The Manager also told me that the pizza I got was a light sauce pepperoni, which I got by mistake (with someone else presumably getting mine). This would explain why it tasted mediocre to me. The Manager apologized and took full responsibility, saying that the fault was hers for not having her crew trained properly. She refunded the entire bill (without me asking) and noted my account to have no minimum delivery charge. I've added a star to this review to reflect the efforts of the manager. I still can not speak to the quality of their pies (other than the mediocre light sauce pepperoni) but I will say that I was impressed with their willingness to make things right and correct problems. Well this evening was a huge surprise as we came to pick up our wings and fries from this location. We walked in to see our take-out food sitting in from of the turned over trash cans on the COUNTER! I'm still beyond amazed that this could ever happen. We arrived at 9:35pm to find 3/4's the tables had their chairs on top of them so you couldn't sit at the tables. Though it was 1.5 hours before closure. There was trash in the trash cans that you could see, since they were faced towards the takeout counter. Only thing was the quarter machine didn't work so had to bug the staff for quarters. Again the staff were great. Definitely recommend this pizza plus as I've been to others nowhere near the quality. I understand it's busy because it's Super Bowl but the manager Jaqueline was so disrespectful to a lady who had waits 3 hours for her pizza. i said wow that was rude and she said cool and gave me a thumbs up. then she proceeded to ask me if I want a job. we ordered our food over 2 hours before all of this happening and waited that whole time watching them be rude to customers who were being patient and even kind and that's the attitude they use. I'm pissed . I got my money returned and I will never go back. no one deserves to get treated like garbage just because they are asking about their food. Horrible Horrible customer service here.
