I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sammich and fries tossed in desert heat rub. I ordered it with extra sauce, and got the EXACT messy, flavored filled sammich I wanted. Saturday night - crazy busy in the place. We found two seats at the bar and grabbed a beer and ordered a chicken sammie and a burger. Truthfully, the food was good. The beer was cold and the bartender kept us topped off and satisfied. The surrounding TVs were great for us sports minded freaks. I err so happy there is a bdubs in Reno. Always a great place to view some sports. Popped in here after church for some lunch and to watch a basketball game. Now this was during a time when NFL was the primary viewing criteria. We asked to be seated in the more dead area so we could change one of the TVs to our basketball game. They happily changed the tv with a smile on their face and even came back to make sure to ask if it was the correct game. Our sever, Beatrice, was so friendly. She got out ordered correct and repeated it back to us to ensure she had it all right. The wings and fries came out so fast and they were tossed in the rubs and sauces generously. The staff was friendly and attentive without hovering, and everything came out fresh and hot. The wings were great with crispy on the outside, tender inside, and tossed just right with plenty of sauce but not drenched. I tried a mix of flavors, and every bite was spot-on. The tater tots were golden and crunchy, and both dipping sauces (ranch and the spicy one) were delicious. My kid got the chicken tenders and fries, which were also great. For a place with wings in its name, you would think that it would have chicken wings down. They do not. I have eaten here several years ago and they were pretty good. I don't know what happened. The wings were terrible. They were dry and severely overcooked. They were slathered in sauce to try to hide how bad they were. I ordered medium and my wife ordered garlic Parmesan. The medium sauce was extremely hot and the garlic Parmesan was very peppery. Everything is way over spiced. It does not hide how bad they butchered the wings. The prices were extremely atrocious. We dug right in and were then told they screwed up the order and gave us someone else's plate. They brought ours out and I thought we won the lottery. I love wings and I used to always come to Buffalo Wild Wings, but it's been probably a few years since I've been to one. This location is a great size. It was easy and quick to get in for two people around 4pm on a Sunday. They have cocktails, beers on tap and many other drink specials. The amount of flavors they have is ALMOST overwhelming for their wings. We tried out the medium flavor and the garlic parmesan. I prefer my wings with a dry rub and I should have looked over the flavors before I ordered. The garlic parmesan is super saucy, but good flavor! Our driver reported that food wasn't ready until 8pm and we got it at 8:20. When we got our food, our fries and curds weren't even "delivery" warm.... We looked in our bag for the sauce and we didn't even have that... it's extremely disappointing to have to pull your own sauce on mildly warm food and make it a cold meal... Our server was very nice, but didn't notice when we didn't have silverware, waters, drinks, or food. Terrible experience during our last visit. Very late drink refills, the kids meal missing half of the wings - the meal looked really sad in general. She also upcharged us almost $4 when my son requested root beer with his kids meal. She didn't mention an uncharge and it's not on the menu. Since the kids meal already comes with a drink, you wouldn't expect my child's drink to cost the same as mine. The oranges the come in a kids meal is served in a small ranch cup. We're feeding humans, not birds... and the guac came half empty and tasted like dirty soap. No cilantro, onion, spice or salt. They just threw tomato's on the top and called it good. The burger I ordered was incredibly dry and so I ordered a cup of ranch, which they now charge you for. Restaurants who nickel and dime you, really suck. Is their food good? Yes, absolutely. I would give them 5 stars for that. All the sauces and rubs are delicious, wings come hot and fresh. However, there were some concerns: Our waitress seemed to be pretty new. Which is totally fine, I get you have to learn. But whenever she was unsure about a question she made something up giving us wrong menu information multiple times. I would have expected her to just go find out instead of making something up (which ended up with us getting the wrong order). Another issue is the management.. while both managers we talked to were helpful, NEITHER wore their mask right. Both had them under their noses, not covering them. If this is the example management is setting, that's a huge safety concern! I also did not see them enforcing guests to wear their masks when not at the table.
