I err so happy there is a bdubs in Reno. Always a great place to view some sports. Popped in here after church for some lunch and to watch a basketball game. Now this was during a time when NFL was the primary viewing criteria. We asked to be seated in the more dead area so we could change one of the TVs to our basketball game. They happily changed the tv with a smile on their face and even came back to make sure to ask if it was the correct game. Our sever, Beatrice, was so friendly. She got out ordered correct and repeated it back to us to ensure she had it all right. The wings and fries came out so fast and they were tossed in the rubs and sauces generously. I love wings and I used to always come to Buffalo Wild Wings, but it's been probably a few years since I've been to one. This location is a great size. It was easy and quick to get in for two people around 4pm on a Sunday. They have cocktails, beers on tap and many other drink specials. The amount of flavors they have is ALMOST overwhelming for their wings. We tried out the medium flavor and the garlic parmesan. I prefer my wings with a dry rub and I should have looked over the flavors before I ordered. The garlic parmesan is super saucy, but good flavor! Terrible experience during our last visit. Very late drink refills, the kids meal missing half of the wings - the meal looked really sad in general. She also upcharged us almost $4 when my son requested root beer with his kids meal. She didn't mention an uncharge and it's not on the menu. Since the kids meal already comes with a drink, you wouldn't expect my child's drink to cost the same as mine. The oranges the come in a kids meal is served in a small ranch cup. We're feeding humans, not birds... and the guac came half empty and tasted like dirty soap. No cilantro, onion, spice or salt. They just threw tomato's on the top and called it good. The burger I ordered was incredibly dry and so I ordered a cup of ranch, which they now charge you for. Restaurants who nickel and dime you, really suck. Can't even understand why they took so long when it was slow in the restaurant. After the girl came out and literally went back inside the kitchen without asking or saying anything. He came back and asked was I ready to order and I replied, I'm just going to order on line.
