Most servers that we have had treat us badly because we are a family, but Kiki was amazing and treated us the same as every other table. She even moved us due to husband's asthma and to close to the cigar room. She was attentive and friendly. Please keep her and everyone that comes in should ask her to be your server. I rarely give 1 star reviews... I do my best to give the benefit of the doubt. But this experience was one of the worst ever?!?! And I do NOT believe it is a one off... Quality/Quantity - Walked in and saw the sign that said "Please wait to be seated." So we waited approximately 5 minutes. Then, I realized below read, "Open Seating @ both bars & cigar lounge." Our fault for not reading all the way to the bottom of the sign; see picture. The only available seats at the bar were singles. We debated asking people to slide over so my buddy and I could sit together or ??? Eventually, we found two seats next to the "service well." Sadly, even sitting next to most of the employees, the service was still so terrible. Got here for happy hour. $2 off draft beers, and of course my buddy and I had to get the 22 oz ones. :) It took almost 10 minutes for a bartender to finally acknowledge us, but they must have walked by us 30 times?!?! I almost waved my hand, but I did NOT want to be rude. Got and drank our beers. It must have been a shift change as our first two bartenders left and another 2-4 bartenders came, plus a security guard (I hope he was NOT a manager). We waited for eye contact again so we could order our second beers. Nothing, 20 minutes passed and still nothing... Now we just want to leave but even trying to flag a bartender failed. I am sure she saw me wave. I also asked the security guard if I could pay and he said I had to ask the bartender, then just walked away. After another 5 minutes of being ignored, I walked to the hostess and asked if I could pay her. She said that I had to pay the bartender and I replied nicely that they are too busy for us. She was nice enough to get one of the bartenders to ring us up and pay. But then that bartender had such a bad attitude?!?! I do NOT think these bartenders like their job.. Sorry. Ambiance - Replaced the Claim Jumper. A fairly large space. Basically a LARGE bar, or several bars. I did not really see a dining area, but then I just wanted to leave after this experience. Service - See above. The worst is that all but one of the waitresses that were picking up drinks at the "service well" also ignored customers. Feels like this is the culture here...? Oh, the guys next to us said this is typically of their service... Price - $17, my buddy paid. Owner Comment - Congrats on your company's success since 2005 with your 115+ locations. Sorry to say, but this visit to Twin Peaks was a real disappointment--definitely a losing hand. The food was terrible, and the service was nearly as bad. It was a major letdown compared to my previous experiences there. They introduced a new item on their menu: a loaded baked potato with all the toppings, and for a small extra charge, you can add BBQ brisket and other options. I thought, how hard can it be to mess up a baked potato? But when I received it, it was sitting in a pool of grease--probably a cup of butter--and topped with fatty brisket. My partner's potato wasn't much better. We waited and waited for our server to come over and offer a replacement. Finally, after 15 minutes and asking another server to find ours, no one showed up. Keep in mind, the place was dead, and all the employees were chatting among themselves instead of helping customers. We finally gave up and left about three-quarters of the potato still uneaten. When the server finally broke away from her chatting to check on us, we told her we were trying to find her to get a replacement. She apologized and said it was very busy. WTH! On what planet? We told her not to bother with a new one and showed her the problem. She even admitted she wouldn't eat it either. She disappeared again for another 10 or 15 minutes, then brought us our check. This time, we told her to wait while we got the credit card out to pay. This was definitely not a good night for Twin Peaks. read more

I really have come to love this place. Great prices, great service and they're really good food. Decided to come here, Monday night football. Large screen TVs within my view. There are more, just this is what's in my view so if you like any sports, this is probably a place you should try. We did come here for UFC a couple weeks ago. They have high tables, low table, barstools, short, barstools, booths.... Every type of seating arrangement. I'd like to sit at the end of the bar where they have 3 to 4 short chairs and a short bar table. Is it more comfortable for me but the view is awesome as I have a TV right in front of me, and scantily clad girls pouring drinks right in front of me. That is only certain nights, maybe weekends where their scantily clad. I've been here other times when they're not. So if that's what you're looking for you might want to check their schedule somehow... So great service, great prices, and definitely great food five star all the way! read more

Went to Twin Peaks with some friends to watch March Madness. What a great place to catch a game, there are so many great seating options and TVs all around. You'll get a great view no matter where you sit! They have such friendly and attentive staff and did a great job! We happened to be there for Happy Hour and ordered the shredded chicken nachos and they were delicious and the order was huge! Came in around a month later and it was terrible girls were to busy flirting at tables and not serving customers for drinks etc. came in july 2026 and music was not fitting theme. You probably know what to expect when you visit this place... Fun chain restaurant and the ladies are "on display" with their cute outfits. BUT, they're not just "window dressing"...the service is excellent! Love the atmosphere...kind of a hunting lodge vibe...very comfortable. I've sat at the bar...my preferred spot...the bartenders/waitresses have all been very friendly and their service has been spot on. The food has been good, too...I wasn't sure what to expect, but I've been pleased. Solid cooking, nice portions, good flavors and textures. They pride themselves on their ice cold beer...frosty mugs. This was my first time at a Twin Peaks. I'm annoyed. But only because I realize I've been missing out. This place is so much fun! I went in on a Sunday, and caught all my favorite teams simultaneously, all while thoroughly enjoying my "Billionaire's bacon burger". The crowd is very lively, and I honestly can't remember the last time I've enjoyed a sports bar this much. Staff is cute and friendly, so if you're feeling extra fugly and need your 15 minutes of attention, this is your jam. Easily a go-to for me on all my subsequent Reno visits. read more

Twin Peaks has a nice sports bar atmosphere and good pub grub. I wasn't super impressed with anything in particular but overall it was good. I would say 3.5 stars is about right. I had the smokehouse burger that is topped with brisket and bbq sauce. They use fresh ground beef which is nice but it was under seasoned for my taste, I like a good juicy burger has some salt and pepper seared into the meat and i didn't get that pop of flavor. The seasoned fries were tasty and the house salad was also good. The place was packed so it's become a popular spot, the girls are easy on the eyes but for a 49 year old guy it's hard to look at these young ladies who are all young enough to be my daughter. Ummmm I'm use to the service at the Twin Peaks in Michigan and this is far from it. The various locations in Michigan are pretty good with giving equal attention to customers. Here, not so much The waitress were not the best with checking in on us. As usual in this area there's not many black people. I'm not sure if they didn't know the relationship with my friend and I or what but he had been there before and wasn't getting the same treatment he got without me. At the end of it all he still bought them dinner, which I suggested against due to the treatment but hey, it was lingerie night I ordered my wings and burger at the same time and requested the wings first. I was told that might not happen since I wants my wings well done. And well..looking at the photo they're far from well done. Never had this issue in Michigan My friend ordered ice cream and fries and yes we requested the fries first and of course, the ice cream came out first. I was so baffled and the reasoning behind it was booty. Especially since I frequent this chain My burger was good. The bacon made it amazing of course. There is a smokers side and a non smokers side. Title: Disappointing Experience That Hasn't Improved Over Time When Twin Peaks opened in October, we expected a few opening-week hiccups and were willing to overlook the early, unpolished service. Unfortunately, the issues have continued well beyond that first month--and that's hard to excuse. We enjoy the cigar lounge, yet it's almost always out of cigars. This is particularly frustrating considering the restaurant sits in the same parking lot as Ruiz Cigars, the finest cigar manufacturer in the state, yet they refuse to work with this hometown supplier. Instead, management brings in cigars from a non-local distributor, which strips away the local, neighborhood feel that Twin Peaks claims to celebrate. Service has been just as disappointing. On our last few visits we were seated with a server named Mahogany. When she greeted us and we began to order, she actually stopped us mid-sentence to say, "Let me stop you there--we're missing a lot of stuff because the management here sucks and they don't order what they should." Despite that claim, every single item we requested was in fact available, suggesting she simply didn't want to be bothered. She rarely checked on the table, skipped refills, and wore earbuds that kept her from even hearing us. And when a restaurant that prides itself on its chicken wings is frequently out of chicken wings--right alongside its ongoing cigar shortages--you're looking at a management problem, not just an off night. Twin Peaks had potential, but after multiple visits it's clear these aren't just opening-week growing pains--they're systemic failures. Until management addresses both supply issues and staff engagement, it's hard to recommend this location. We'll be taking a substantial break from this location moving forward. read more

We stopped in for lunch on a whim. My husband wanted to check out the "scenic views" . The menu is a qr code which I really appreciate. We ended up getting wings, the steak salad and their adult Mac and cheese. The wings unfortunately came out cold but were still very tasty. The wings were very meaty and well seasoned. The steak salad was cooked medium rare ( which is how I asked for it) but not a lot of steak. The Mac and cheese was good but small. I will say all and all the food was good but the drinks were killer. I had the Irish trash can and it did not taste like it had alcohol in it but it hit me hard. We were sitting under a speaker so it was sort of loud and hard to talk. The server was fast and friendly. She was attentive without being annoying. I will definitely come here again. read more

Wanting dessert, we were close to Twin Peaks, so decided to give it try. The restaurant is located at the site of the old Claim Jumper. You can find hints of the old restaurant but Twin Peaks definitely has its own personality. So let's address the elephant in the room. The waitresses are all young girls, wearing their "daisy dukes" and very cropped flannel tops. They are hard working but friendly and welcoming. Now back to the food. My wife ordered the Apple Turnover. The Turnovers were light and flakey. The filling was flavorful but not overly sweet. The ice cream was rich and creamy, served with delicious chocolate. The Quesobirria Tacos peeked my interest. Served as a platter of 3 Tacos, the tacos were best described as "Meh". The queso and birria was good, served with a nice blend of onions and cilantro. I think it was the flour tortillas the let down the dish. Although Birria Tacos are normally served with corn tortillas, I thought I would give it a go. Nope. Stick with corn tortillas. The Tacos were served with chips and salsa. The chips were light and flavorful. Reminded me of the chips at Chevy's. The salsa was fine. Twin Peaks is a well themed restaurant. The log cabin decor is actually quite inviting. The waitress's outfits is not for everyone but the food looks promising. Definitely worth another visit. read more

Went in on a Friday about 4:45. By the end of our visit, we had 3 different servers; one went home early, one transferred us for some reason, and the third finished it out. It took over 10 minutes for our initial drink order to be taken. We were told it was because they were "slammed" but the restaurant was less than half full. This seemed to be more due to a lack of training than poor service. Most of the servers looked absolutely confused about what they should be doing. I ordered the "spicy" meatballs. They were good, but not at all spicy. A buddy got wings so we asked for a side of "Hot as F*ck" sauce. I can assure you it's not as advertised. Several people in our group commented how cold it was in there. I'm sure that has nothing to do with the outfits the servers are wearing. Our server was awesome and service was good when she was around. Food was good although names were misleading. May give them another shot once their servers have been around longer. read more

I normally like Twin Peaks and haven't been since the Sacramento location closed. It was good. Now after moving to the Reno area, we decided to go on Father's Day. The hostess was atrocious, probably lack of experience, but she sat us in the Man Cave even though other tables were available and then forget to tell the waitress that she sat us there. So needless to say we waited for them to serve us. At the time they weren't busy but after 20 minutes we had to get up and ask for service. Now the waitress tried to make it right, but because the hostess didn't tell her that we were there she was frustrated and messed up our order. She and the owner eventually fixed it, but the inexperienced hostess even delivered our fixed order to wrong table, so by that time we were done and took the food home. We will try again later, but they need to fix the hostess. read more

We came back to see what the service was like...week.. remember last week we waited for an hour for our food without managers or supervisors giving us a solution and this time..it's the smallest gesture .. two appetizers with NO NAPKINS.
