Grabbed takeout from Twin Peaks and had the chicken ranch sandwich. Overall, it was solid! Delicious bacon. The sandwich was tasty and satisfying, and the fries were just okay. I used to love going to the Twin Peaks location in South Florida when we lived there, so I'm definitely planning to make it a point to dine in at this location one of these days. Takeout was good, but I'm curious to see how the full experience compares with the Reno location!
Gosh, we've eaten at Twin Peaks numerous times now and I have such mixed feelings about this place. We've tried SO many different things hoping to find some favorites, but there's really only one thing that keeps bringing us back...THE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. When I say it's good, it's GOOD. My daughter and I both end up randomly craving it, and honestly, it's pretty much the reason we go back. Add the fries and we're happy! I probably end up here once a month just because I want that darn Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, we haven't had nearly as much luck with the rest of the menu. We tried the chicken tortilla soup, and I honestly don't know what was going on with it, but none of us cared for it. It just wasn't what we expected chicken tortilla soup to taste like. We also tried the Billionaire's Bacon, which is thick-cut bacon with brown sugar, red chili flakes, and smoked paprika. It actually tasted pretty good, but the seasoning and brown sugar were extremely uneven. Some pieces had a bunch while others barely had any. And the portion...yikes! Take a look at my pictures and you'll understand. For the price, I was definitely expecting more than 3- 4 pieces (cut in half so it looks like you're getting more). We've given the mini tacos a couple of chances too. Unfortunately, we've had the same problem each time. Either the shells are so overcooked they're almost burnt, or the tacos are SO oily that you're literally dripping oil everywhere. Without the pico de gallo, we also thought they were pretty lacking in flavor. I LOVE some good nachos, so of course I had to try the smoked brisket nachos. Sadly, those didn't do it for me either. The presentation was lacking, there wasn't much flavor, and the brisket was dry. There just wasn't anything about them that made me think, "I need to order these again." Burgers and the sandwich my hubby and daughter tried were just okay. My husband has gone with his guy friends too, and unfortunately none of them were particularly impressed with the food either. Between my husband, daughter, her friends, and me, we've tried quite a few things at this point, and for some reason most of the menu just hasn't been a hit for us. BUT THEN THERE'S THAT PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. Seriously. It keeps getting us back through the door. We also really enjoyed the apple turnovers with ice cream. Warm, crispy, flaky goodness with ice cream...YUM! Definitely one of the better things we've tried besides our beloved Philly. I've also had several people recommend Mom's Pot Roast, which comes with slow-cooked pot roast, brown gravy, house-made garlic mashed potatoes, and sautéed green beans. Every single time I go in, I tell myself, "THIS is the day I'm finally trying the pot roast."Then I chicken out and order the Philly cheesesteak again. Maybe one day I'll get brave enough! As far as the restaurant itself, it's always been clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Service can sometimes be a little hit or miss when it comes to attentiveness, especially when they're busy, but we've always been treated nicely. The restaurant has plenty of seating, a large bar area, many TVs showing various sports channels, music playing in the background, and a wood cabin like vibe. Twin Peaks also has a cigar lounge attached to the building, and we've noticed that sometimes the 100 cigar smoke can make its way into the restaurant. If you're really sensitive to smoke, that's definitely something to be aware of. At this point, I honestly don't know what to think about Twin Peaks. We've tried it over and over, and the majority of the food just hasn't won us over. Maybe we're ordering all the wrong things because the place always seems busy! Yet somehow, about once a month, there I am again...Ordering that Philly cheesesteak and fries. So if you've found something AMAZING on the menu that we're missing, PLEASE tell me what it is because apparently I need some recommendations!
The beers were cold, and the fried food was crispy, what else could you ask for. I wouldn't say the staff was very friendly, but at the time it was pouring rain and I think the it was raining inside in at least 10 giant leaking holes in the roof. Them constantly wiping up soaked tables and windows probably was a bit stressful. I'm won't be rushing back anytime soon, clearly this building needs major help in the renovation department, and the staff definitely could be more friendly. The nicest person in the whole place was the server that brought our food out.
I rarely give 1 star reviews... I do my best to give the benefit of the doubt. But this experience was one of the worst ever?!?! And I do NOT believe it is a one off... Quality/Quantity - Walked in and saw the sign that said "Please wait to be seated." So we waited approximately 5 minutes. Then, I realized below read, "Open Seating @ both bars & cigar lounge." Our fault for not reading all the way to the bottom of the sign; see picture. The only available seats at the bar were singles. We debated asking people to slide over so my buddy and I could sit together or ??? Eventually, we found two seats next to the "service well." Sadly, even sitting next to most of the employees, the service was still so terrible. Got here for happy hour. $2 off draft beers, and of course my buddy and I had to get the 22 oz ones. :) It took almost 10 minutes for a bartender to finally acknowledge us, but they must have walked by us 30 times?!?! I almost waved my hand, but I did NOT want to be rude. Got and drank our beers. It must have been a shift change as our first two bartenders left and another 2-4 bartenders came, plus a security guard (I hope he was NOT a manager). We waited for eye contact again so we could order our second beers. Nothing, 20 minutes passed and still nothing... Now we just want to leave but even trying to flag a bartender failed. I am sure she saw me wave. I also asked the security guard if I could pay and he said I had to ask the bartender, then just walked away. After another 5 minutes of being ignored, I walked to the hostess and asked if I could pay her. She said that I had to pay the bartender and I replied nicely that they are too busy for us. She was nice enough to get one of the bartenders to ring us up and pay. But then that bartender had such a bad attitude?!?! I do NOT think these bartenders like their job.. Sorry. Ambiance - Replaced the Claim Jumper. A fairly large space. Basically a LARGE bar, or several bars. I did not really see a dining area, but then I just wanted to leave after this experience. Service - See above. The worst is that all but one of the waitresses that were picking up drinks at the "service well" also ignored customers. Feels like this is the culture here...? Oh, the guys next to us said this is typically of their service... Price - $17, my buddy paid. Owner Comment - Congrats on your company's success since 2005 with your 115+ locations. I will probably NOT be back. Corporate needs to mystery shop this location!
So we came for the 49ers game with two other friends and we ordered our wings boneless... they came bone in. We also ordered loaded fries and it took almost 35 minutes to get them. We didn't send the wings back because they were already cooked and last time it took over an hour to get some wings so at least we can have some food while we watch the game.
The food was very good. The waitress was friendly , attentive, and kind. The negative stars comes to the kitchen staff and time of food it took forever for all items of our meal. Appetizers came out one at a time with 5 - 10 min of gaps in between. Our main courses were even worse off than the apps hubby's ny steak came out first then the item for our table of four (chicken wings) came out nearly 15 min later. He was nearly done with his meal. And then my chicken fried chicken. And last, the spicy shrimp tacos for my kids. We ended spending over 2 hrs eating dinner and dessert.
That's no smash burger Just look at it, not at all Beer too cold beer slushy it's a typical chain restaurant
Honestly better than I expected. The food is decent to good, but nothing to write home about. The prices are a little high, but obviously you're paying for the service and atmosphere. Excellent place to watch a game though, awesome TVs and spakers everywhere.

Corporate chains are so bad and this place is no exception. The service was very poor to say the least ( place was pretty dead and the bartenders just hung out at the other side of the bar from me and chatted with each other and played with their phones . The food was meh as you can see in the photo it clearly sat in the window for an extended period of time ( again poor service ) thus it tasted meh BUT the drink I got was awesome - of course I had to tell the bartender how to make it I did run into one of my former classmates tho 3 stars is very generous here only because I knew someone there or it would have been a 2 stars expirence
From California, came to visit friends. Took me to Twin Peaks Cigar Lounge. Had the best time! Hazel was absolutely amazing! Great service and it's so personable with her guests. Food and drinks were top tier! Wish I lived here so I could come see her do her thing more often!!!
Came in on Wednesday night, was a slow night majority of the costumers was at the bar counter and 2 tables occupied. With few games on, the food is ok. I had the chicken tender and chips and salsa. It came out hot and moist. My server Jackie was attentive.

I really have come to love this place. Great prices, great service and they're really good food. Decided to come here, Monday night football. Large screen TVs within my view. There are more, just this is what's in my view so if you like any sports, this is probably a place you should try. We did come here for UFC a couple weeks ago. They have high tables, low table, barstools, short, barstools, booths.... Every type of seating arrangement. I'd like to sit at the end of the bar where they have 3 to 4 short chairs and a short bar table. Is it more comfortable for me but the view is awesome as I have a TV right in front of me, and scantily clad girls pouring drinks right in front of me. That is only certain nights, maybe weekends where their scantily clad. I've been here other times when they're not. So if that's what you're looking for you might want to check their schedule somehow... So great service, great prices, and definitely great food five star all the way! read more

Wow!!! First time here! Drove by and saw the place, checked out the menu online it's really good!! The waitress beautiful! Friendly and very knowledgeable! Mahogany's service and care was great!!! The sports bar feeling is energizing!! Definitely coming back with my friends! How did I miss this place!?! You gotta check it out !!! Oh! And fall off the bone ribs....dang it! Sooooo good!! Best coleslaw I've Ever had! And I am a lover of the slaw! Sweet, tangy, freshness! Taking home a slice of their cheesecake too. Unique, trendy, delicious fun!! read more
Went to Twin Peaks with some friends to watch March Madness. What a great place to catch a game, there are so many great seating options and TVs all around. You'll get a great view no matter where you sit! They have such friendly and attentive staff and did a great job! We happened to be there for Happy Hour and ordered the shredded chicken nachos and they were delicious and the order was huge! Great Happy Hour options and many daily rotating specials on food and drinks! Fun place to check out! read more
You probably know what to expect when you visit this place... Fun chain restaurant and the ladies are "on display" with their cute outfits. BUT, they're not just "window dressing"...the service is excellent! Love the atmosphere...kind of a hunting lodge vibe...very comfortable. I've sat at the bar...my preferred spot...the bartenders/waitresses have all been very friendly and their service has been spot on. The food has been good, too...I wasn't sure what to expect, but I've been pleased. Solid cooking, nice portions, good flavors and textures. They pride themselves on their ice cold beer...frosty mugs. 5 stars for the incredible service from Hazel and Kendra in the Cigar Lounge at Twin Peaks Reno! These two are absolute standouts--super attentive, make you feel welcome right away, and build real rapport with every guest. They check in on tables every 10-15 minutes without fail, always keeping an eye out to see if you need anything. Their upsells feel genuine and helpful, not pushy at all, and it just adds to a great experience. I also love how proactive they are outside the lounge--posting on Instagram about their shifts and what's happening in the Cigar Lounge. It's smart marketing that lets regulars know when to come in for top-notch service, and it clearly builds a loyal following. When they're working, the whole vibe is elevated, and it makes me want to keep coming back specifically for them. Hazel and Kendra are true assets to Twin Peaks Reno--keep up the amazing work! You two make the Cigar Lounge a must-visit spot. Highly recommend stopping by when they're on shift!" read more

Went to Twin Peaks in Reno and honestly... the cold beer was kind of the moment. Like actually freezing cold, crisp, dramatic in the best way exactly what you want when you're sitting down for wings And the wings? So good. The server was great, casual, fun spot and I would absolutely come back for the wings and an ice-cold beer. read more

The food was good and the screens were great. I suggest getting the Sweet potato fries with some Carmel. Danika was a great Bartender. Drinks were cold and they never went empty before getting asked a bout a refill. The Manager is always Amazing. Taking care of her staff and customers. read more

Best restaurant in Reno! Free PPV? Great food? Best manager in the biz? Amazing service from the girls? I came here a couple weeks ago with the other half. Service was decent food was good place was clean. I come in tonight to a PACKED house, standing room only and it's wild! I get a table immediately, how, I don't know. I don't question it, we go to our table with ample elbow room and already pre-set with side plates and silverware. I'm one of those guys and Daisy doesn't even bat an eye. Accomodates every request with a smile that would melt butter in Alaska. About to order as im typing and I'm confident that it's going to be an amazing night. THANK YOU SHANE! THANK YOU DAISY! Reno is blessed to have Twin Peaks on Virginia!! read more

Came for the food, stayed because the waitress (Malorie) was absolutely gorgeous and had the best energy in the place. Easily the highlight of the visit. Give that girl a raise and put her in lingerie read more
