Absolutely do not order through Uber Eats. They give you an option to add a dipping sauce and included dressing and then do not deliver them. This is the second time I have had this problem. I paid an extra $10 for ranches and ordered three chicken tender meals with honey mustard and ranch, mozzarella sticks with ranch, and calamari with no dressing. I should have received 14 ranches and three honey mustards. Instead I got two ranches, some kind of mayo like dressing with bits in it, and marinara (which I mistook for ketchup when calling the restaurant). The worker on the phone insisted that she bagged the food herself and only included the ranch as a courtesy and there was no ranch on my ticket, and she did include honey mustard. I've never been to this location, but I've been to most others. This one is different in that kids are NOT allowed inside. There is smoking allowed, and apparently that means no kids. We had an awesome waiter, and got pretzels, and cheese (a first for me), double margaritas (don't judge) and I got the spicy buffalo wrap. My friend got the taco salad, and she said it was dry, but then she said no guac OR sour cream (how are we even friends?!) Anyway - the drinks were awesome, and strong, the wrap was as always consistently good, and those fries are always yummy. It was pretty empty for lunch time. They do have a pool table, shuffle board and the usual games at the bar. I don't love eating in a smoke-filled atmosphere, but for smokers, or people who don't want kids around at the bar this would be the place. read more

I ordered a wrap with coleslaw. I was able to order the wrap with the breaded chicken. I asked if they could use grilled chicken instead. I liked all the other stuff in the wrap, but didn't want fried chicken. They were able to accommodate without any fuss. Both the wrap and the coleslaw were very good. Plenty of seating and spacious. This used to be my chill spot but regional management has come and f&credit everything up. Bartenders having to wait tables, can't get service for sh&t. I and my girl were regulars here but service here sucks now, servers are very short and not friendly, been waiting literally 30 minutes with empty glasses - they made a HUGE mistake messing with how this place was running. Used to make maddd $$$ to cover for their other locations, now... it will never recover unless they bring back the people they got rid of. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Myself and husband had lunch around 1:00 pm on a Thursday afternoon. Not many people in the space just a few around the bar. The server was very nice and patient as we browsed the menu. We ordered a Cabo chicken wrap and a buffalo chicken salad. It did take some time for the food to get to us and we did see it sitting in the window for a bit of time. Which was a little disappointing since there were only about 3 other people at the bar. I did enjoy the wrap not as happy about the fries thought they could be a bit warmer. My husband said the salad was good. The space was clean and kept up. We did mot realize when we entered it was more of a bar setting than other flowing tides we have been to. People were smoking at the bar while we were eating. I think it would be a great spot to hangout with friends and have some drinks not so sure about a lunch or dinner spot. read more

I have been a long time customer of the flowing tide 4 and 3. Every Thursday for 3 years our group met at tide 4. The staff was great, greeting us like family and knew our drinks and food orders. With a group of 10 that was amazing...then little by little tide 4 turned into a training ground. A new waitress every time always trying to rush us out the door. 2 years ago we went to tide 3 as Roger and Jamie greeted us like family, knew our drinks and were always glad we were there.. The resent changes to the tide 3 bartenders have left us feeling as if the owners of the tide don't really care about the customer base that both Roger or Jamie have created. They are both worth more than 5 stars. All I can say is without them , I'm done with the Tide. read more

I have been to this pub plenty of times over the last decade or so have never had a bad experience. Today sun sept. 28 2025 I was invited to come celebrate a friends birthday. Upon arrival I asked the bartender for a beer for my wife and I he said we had our own server as part of the gathering. The server was clearly new and doing his best. His mistake easily overlooked on my second beer after waiting 20-25 minutes I asked again for service from the bartender which he said I had to wait the server would be there in a second. That was the second I left I watched a bartender with clear experience not take the sale because???????? I went in this past weekend and being in the service industry in the past, I completely understand when staff changes there can be some hiccups. But this wasn't a hiccup. This person, I later found out to be named Anna, was literally one of the worst servers I've ever been ignored by. NO JOKE walked past me 4 times, not once a "Hey there, I'll be right with you" or "one sec hun" I would have even taken a lie like " be right there, super busy" (even though it really wasn't that bad) just some sort of recognition that as a bartender, that I will be served at some point. This review is not about the food. We have enjoyed the food at the Flowing Tide #3 multiple times, always very good. Unfortunately, our last visit left us extremely disappointed with the angry, rude & aggressive behavior from someone named Kevin. We arrived with my husband's emotional support dog as we have in the past thinking we would get the same hospitality we had before . We sat away from the bar and when I asked Kevin if we needed to order at the bar, he came with an already upset attitude with his angry voice asking if our dog was a service dog or not and said that the restaurant has a very strict no dog policy. Our dog sensed how angry he was and barked at him ONE single time, he is not a barker at all. Kevin became more upset pointing to my husband''s 28lb dog to tell us " That is not a service dog, one more bark and you are out of here " . We couldn't believe this person's behavior so we left. This angry "service person" does not know the law or about service at all. Too bad because last few times we were there, our small dog was treated with kindness and given a dog bowl of water every time . We felt almost threatened and my handicapped husband felt this individual was so angry, he feared for our safety. This is the worst experience for us we have ever had anywhere! Came in for the bison chili and HH menu that was filled with appetizers and drink discounts. Server Amber friendly and helpful. The bison chili is chock full of meat. My nose happily ran, no need for Tabasco. Can also get it in a sourdough bowl but was afraid that I'd eat the whole bread. The HH chix taco were 3 med size soft white flour filled with a lot of chopped up chix. Mr Bland loved it, although it was on the edge too spicy for him. I go to flowing tide pretty often because they have multiple happy hours and their chicken wings are goooooooood. I normally go to the FTP in Sparks on Prater and Sparks Blvd (FTP 4). I recommend going there. This one is just not even close to as great as that one is. I've order the same thing at each location. Tide Wings, all flats, extra crispy. At FTP 4, even the first time ordering it, they nailed it. At this location: FIRST OF ALL, I got all drums, not all flats. The waitress couldn't understand me (maybe it was too loud? Idk). I can understand that being the problem, but no. I repeated my self multiple times. Explained what I meant. And even spelled it out to her. So that's bad waitressing on her part. And then my "extra crispy" wings were just over cooked. The wings were dried out and just hard to eat. I don't blame the waitress for that. That's not her fault. Overall my experience was pretty bad. If you plan to go here, I say just do the extra 10 minute drive and go to FTP 4. Way better service. read more

Flowing Tide is a good local bar chain. They strike a good balance between bar and restaurant. Large menu with a lot of good choices. Good selection of craft beers thought there are bigger selections in town. Food comes out quick and when it hits the table its good. Some things like the onion rings and other fried items can be pretty heavy some times but thats to be expected i suppose. Staff is friendly and prices are average for the area. I usually hit this Tide for lunch and hit Tide 4 for a gam now and then. Good spot for lunch and a beer. read more

I would have never thought a Flowing Tide could earn 5 stars but over my last 2 visits this one has! Great wait staff, always friendly, always efficient. Food is always prepared as ordered, I had burgers both times and was amazed that it came out cooked as I ordered. French fries are of the battered variety and are really tasty. The wife tried their French Dip which she really enjoyed, my mother had their fish and chips which she said were really good too. Prices are standard sports bar prices, which tend to be a bit high in my opinion but at this place the food is a solid bet. Looking forward to more visits here with friends and family as long as they keep up the good work. The only thing they could use some work on is ambience, no windows and soft white incandescent light makes the place feel a bit dreary even on a sunny afternoon. read more

We went to this Flowing Tide on Saturday morning 1/16/21 with the intention of having breakfast there and playing a few dollars at the bar for our first time out since March. We arrived well after 9:00 A.M., fully masked, and stood inside the doorway awaiting for a staff member to show us the way in. A blonde lady finally came up and tells us "I'm sorry, but the kitchen is closed." We were disappointed and wished she had explained why it was closed when on the front glass door, "OPEN FOR BREAKFAST 9:00 ..." is clearly emblazoned across the glass front door. I would recommend this location! Serena is the manager there and she and all her staff are stellar! They have been friendly and fast every time :) The food has always been great. I almost always get their burgers and they have never let me down. No frozen patties here! The finger food, the burgers, wraps, all of it has been fantastic. This location was okay. I still prefer the one on prater. I ordered the wings here for happy hour and had them with their tide sauce and extra crispy. I must have driven past this place nearly a hundred times and didn't notice it was there. It is a bit tucked away just offset from the corner of longley and mira loma. the parking lot is not the easiest to get into, but the food and service are worth the extra length of parking lot one must drive through to get to the entrance/exit. Food is good, the wings are a go to for my Mr, while I tend to bounce around the tacos or salads. as for the bar, my fave is Kevin. always a smile to offer with the drink. read more
