Had an issue and the GM Sherry took care of it with absolute professionalism and expediency. Look forward to eating there again soon.

Service was meh. She kept walking right past us when we needed something. And the food was subpar. We will stick to bully's.

As local Sparks businesses become more corporate, you know that you're supporting someone who lives and works in the community that we love. She also owns and runs "The Ranchhouse" adjacent to P&I which she revitalized as a local destination for great musical guests. Both businesses have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's not a place where you are surrounded by random "barflies" who don't engage with others or bother you. It's friendly people, good drinks, great entertainment and even as a non-drinker, still a place to hang out with friends. It can get busy but you still won't feel "alone". Bounce between her adjacent establishments on a weekend during the shows or plant yourself in one spot and make some friends. Patrice will always make you feel like a friend she just hadn't met yet. And check out the decor! That's her too!

The sauce is rich without being too heavy and the meatballs are so juicy and delicious. It comes with bread for dipping and I love the crispiness against the warm sauce. I ordered the apple and fig chicken sandwich which was bomb! The chicken was the best part! But it had arugula, red onions and apples, both red and green. The fig mustard and Brie were amazing. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had. I also got clam chowder as my side which was also really good, not too salty. The service was really great! Any of the servers who saw we had empty glasses refilled them or cleared plates. There is a beautiful outdoor patio area, it was about a 30 minute wait. There was no wait and plenty of space for indoor dining and bar area. Quirky fun fork decor which can be found throughout the Restaurant Things to note: Split plate charge is $6 No split checks on parties of 6+ Automatic gratuity for parties of 8 or more

Service was deplorable - we literally had to ask where the F&CK our server was!!! When the older White woman showed up - NO apology & she was condescending & insincere. It's rare to find a place that feels like home from the first visit, but Mamma Celeste's Gastropub…read moreis exactly that. We've been here numerous times, and it is long overdue that I give them the five stars they deserve. The Vibe & Hospitality tucked away in the corner of a shopping center on Los Altos, this is the definition of a true locals' spot. The history here is incredible--the owner, Jim, relocated and rebuilt this business after losing everything in the Paradise Camp Fire. That "rising from the ashes" spirit is reflected in the hospitality. Jim is constantly making rounds to ensure everyone feels welcome. If you get a visit from him at your table, you'll see exactly why this place has so much soul. Jen the manager is also amazing and consistently ensures the service is fantastic. The Patio & Pet-Friendly atmosphere the patio is a great space and is very pet-friendly. We've brought our beagle, Bodhi, and Jim even made a point to come out and say hello to him personally. Those small touches are what turn a restaurant into a favorite. The Food & Drinks the menu is top-tier. A few standouts from our many visits: * The Deep Dish Pizza: A total showstopper. When it hits the table, it literally turns heads across the entire restaurant. It requires a 45-minute prep time, but it is absolutely worth the wait. * Burgers & French Dip: The burger is easily one of the best in the Reno/Sparks area, and the French Dip is amazing. * The Wings: Often wings are just an afterthought, but these are really, really good. * The Bar: They have a solid craft beer selection (the flights are a must) and their Aperol Spritz and French 75 are perfectly executed. Whether you are looking for a great aesthetic, a lively sports bar energy, or just a high-quality meal, this is the spot. Support this local business--you won't regret it.

They had plenty of staff for the Wednesday night, ordered a calzone, after about 20 minutes I received a pizza. So they took the pizza and prepared a calzone, after about another 20 minutes it arrived at the table, meat inside was room temperature at best. Waitress takes it back to warm it up. We were surprised a manager never came over to check on us and apologize. She said that he was in back yelling at employees, never once did a manager address the problem with us the customer! Was charged full price with no sincere apology. I have been in the customer service industry and been a business owner for decades. Always valued my customers as they are the ones keeping the doors open. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am pleased to say once we received hot food it was very good. Hopefully this is constructive criticism and I will see less poor reviews for this place.

First time stopping by in quite a while. It is World Cup season, and I had hoped that Ole Bridge…read morestill had some of the magic I remember. And glad to say, that in my experience, this is still the closest we have in Reno to a "soccer bar". This has always been a great spot. Small, yes, but in that casual, intimate, easy-going way that has a lot of charm. Lots of hard-wood finishes, barstools, and TVs to catch what's on. And at time of writing, totally overflowing with futbol energy. There are a good number of bar spaces, tables, and outside seating overlooking the river, which is a BIG draw. The beer selection here is great, both on tap and in cansor bottles. But they also have a decent full-barselection of wines, spirits, and cocktails. Plus, a decent smattering of N/A options. And prices are on par with most other bars in town. Service here has been quite good. Friendly in the extreme, and relatively prompt. Though if there are big, crowded events (such as a game being on), you may have a little slowdown. Plus, the vibes here are just fantastic. The location also cannot be beat, as it is ell placed to enjoy the riverfront and explore more of the area. Though parking may be a bit tight, depending on where you park and what day or time it is. There is also no food options here, but there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. All in all, I am glad some of the energy I remember is still here. I will have to come back during MLS or Premier League matches to see how things stand. And with a soccer team HOPEFULLY returning to Reno, I definitely hope we can get the local supporters groups to return here, as well. Definitely a libation spot not to be missed. Cheers!
