Missing an entire 10-piece order is already frustrating, especially after spending a lot of money, but being treated like we were lying about it was worse. We drove all the way back after realizing the food was missing, and instead of an apology, staff warned us that "next time" they wouldn't replace food if we left the restaurant. Halloween night shenanigans included Wingstop for dinner with my kiddos after a long night of trick or treating. My kids enjoy their tenders and fries and guilty as charged I love the sauces. I'm obsessed with their sauces. We usually do Pizza plus for Halloween, but my daughter asked for Wingstop instead this year. Service wasn't bad and I had them deliver. Placing my order online was easy. My delivery order was early and I can't remember the last time I actually went inside a wingstop for dine in. Online ordering makes my busy life easier with my kids. My only complaint that my non sauce boneless wings were inedible. Just an over fried bite of breading if I may. That's why I gave four stars instead of five. read more

This is by far the worst Wingstop I've been to. They have never gotten my orders correct and have longer than usual waits. My latest experience was terrible. I ordered online for the free delivery that they were advertising. Miraculously, my order showed up within an hour, but the drinks were incorrect and we were missing an entire chicken sandwich. I contacted the store and they let me know that they could not do anything about the issue and told me to contact Grubhub for a refund when I had ordered on the WINGSTOP app. I emailed Wingstop about the issue, and it's been a few days now and I have yet to hear anything back from them. Great seasoning on the fries. The wings were large and cooked just right and the sauces, Mango Habanero and the original Hot were very delicious. I placed an order at Wingstop for dinner at 7:13 pm on 8/2/24. The online order system said it would be 16-21 minutes. Because I have a gluten intolerance I always call to ask that they use a clean bowl and tongs for my bone in wings. I called and the line repeatedly went straight to voicemail. They finally answered and put me on hold. They left me on hold for 15 minutes (while I was already driving to the store) before hanging up on me. Upon arrival I went to the counter and spoke to Ruby, noted that my order had not yet been prepared and asked if they could just use a clean bowl and tongs. The girl at the counter was very rude and said they couldn't do that. I assured her that they've done this for me many times in the past, but she said it wasn't possible and called her manager. She put him on the phone with me and we talked - he was very friendly and told me to just tell her what I wanted done. I told him that since I already asked her, I would prefer to pass the phone back to her so he, as her boss, could give her instructions and he agreed. He spoke to her and we thought everything was fine. Finally, at 7:50, after my friend had received his food, I inquired as to how much longer was expected on mine only to find that they had not yet started cooking it but that they would start now and it would only be another 15 minutes - which resulted in me literally receiving my food an hour after it was ordered. The service was rude, slow, and particularly unhelpful. I have never been treated so poorly by wingstop staff. I will not be visiting this location again. read more

To me Wing Stop has the best flavor choices in wings. My favorites are the garlic parm, spicy Korean and Louisiana rub classic wings. They are not super consistent on how they cook them, sometimes crispy and sometimes not. I have been here at least a dozen times and they can never, ever, ever get the fry order correct. This last time I ordered online and clicked extra well done with the Cajun seasoning. When I got them they had no seasoning and were soggy. I also ordered a side of the veggie sticks (carrots and celery) and the celery was so old. I recommend going here for just the wings and picking up sides to go with it elsewhere! read more

Walked in as the only 3 customers was greeted with "it's gunna be at least a 30 minute wait" so we debated driving to another one. Ended up staying. I ordered 21 wings all flats. And 30 wings to go. My friends both ordered 15 wings each all flats. Even tho we were charged 9$ total for all flat (which is fine) well over 130$ spent here. none of the orders came out that way. And each order came out 10-15 minutes ahead of the other. Was super patient with cashier as mistakes happen. they decided to take my order back and pick through them and return me the rest while I waited for the rest to be cooked. (Also fine I guess) but when it came time to leave I asked for ranch for the 30 piece to go order and was told im gunna have to be charged for that the 30 piece doesn't come with ranch.... Wing stop is always solid. I have been eating here for over a decade now and while their prices from then and now have gone up their taste and quality has stayed strong. I'm a fan of their Mango Habanero and Original Hot sauce wings but decided to change it up and try their Lemon Pepper and new Asian Fusion ones.
