I came in at 3:30 on a Saturday. And waited to order. The fry cook said someone would be there in a minute to take my order. Three or so minutes later and a lot of banter from the manager sitting in back at the computer, the fry cook and another employee, someone begrudgingly came to take my order. The good: my order only took about 10 minutes or so. The ranch dip is good. The bad: the wings are under sauced/ seasoned. I ordered half lemon pepper and half Spicy Korean. I was totally cool with waiting a few more minutes. 5 min goes by, then 10, 15, 20, and 25! When I go to ask how much longer, they said oh we're still waiting on the tenders. It takes almost an hour to cook tenders?? Not to mention the food is super greasy. My wife's tenders were soaked in oil, literally dripping and soaked. We will never be coming back to this location. We will go to the other locations from here on out. If you are stuck in a time frame, order and hour and a half out if you want chicken drenched in oil. Mobile order gave me a time. I arrived between 5-10 minutes before the time given. 5-10 minutes after entering the restaurant we made it to the counter to be helped. The order was not ready, we were told 10-12 minutes. While standing in line we noticed the person that seemed to be in charge Lead/manager was sitting at a desk and not helping the crew help with the full dining area or the people in line to be helped. The dining area was dirty (tables hadn't been cleaned). The person working the counter was randomly saying times when asked how much longer. The lady expediting the orders was spot on. They took my order and I reminded the lady to double check to make sure it was correct. She said she would. I got home with my food. I live 20 minutes away from this specific location and it was wrong. I found out from my husband that EVERYTIME he has ordered from this location they get his order wrong. So I called and I was put on hold for 30 minutes. No one answered. So I gave up and hung up. This location needs a team leader who actually can do this job correctly. The chicken sandwich was a mixed bag. It tasted good and was a nice big size, however the ONLY available topping for it was pickles, which is insane! I also dislike pickles so I could only get it plain. I had to add my own cheese from home. Finally the fries. Such a disappointment. This location can get very busy (particularly during sporting events) so it's important to order a little early and have some patience. The value is just not there. This is the laziest Wingstop in the area too. I got the Boneless Meal Deal with 14 Lemon Pepper and 6 Garlic Parm. The size of the "wings" are way smaller than normal, the fries I ordered Extra well done and extra seasoning yet I got my order with soggy, cold fries, not even salt on them, the wings are so hard I broke the plastic fork trying to eat them. Not to mention I cracked a tooth on these so now I have an expensive filling bill for that. The customer service in the store is abysmal. You can hardly understand anyone because English must be the second language but the effort to help customers is just not there, there's no urgency to serve others. Overall, I'm just completely dissatisfied with my experience today. I used to be a huge BWW fan but ever since they sold to Arby's, it hasn't been the same. Since then, I've been looking for a comparable alternative for wings. My wife suggested Wing Stop so off we went. The positives are the dining area and restrooms were spotless and the customer service was pretty good. Both of the employees working today were friendly and prompt. The food, though, was just ok. Not bad by any means, but just ok. I ordered boneless wings with the Hawaiian and Hickory BBQ sauces. The hickory was good but the Hawaiian barely had a flavor at all. Not what I was expecting. On the wall, a sign claims that their fries are "so addicting". I beg to differ. Again, they're not bad, but they weren't that crispy and were heavily over seasoned. Another positive is compared to the restaurants I normally dine in, this place is pretty affordable. My wife and I managed to get out of here for less than $30. I guess the hunt is still on for me finding a new favorite wing place.
